Service is terrible. It's as if waiting on customers is an afterthought. 20-30 minutes is way too long. Drive through - take an order and wait till it's filled before taking the next one. You never provide straws with the drinks. Have to remove the lid to enjoy the drink while waiting for the rest of the order. Love your food, but you're making it difficult for me to be a customer.
This location needs to retrain their staff how to cook! Ate here a few months ago and got raw hamburgers. Decided to give it another shot and this time they were still RAW!!! Multiple burgers!!
I know it's "fast food" however you need to slow it down a bit and actually COOK the food properly before you put someone in the hospital!!
Disappointing food … Husband stopped at the one on Frederica store …
Order was 2 baconaders and 2 order of fries …mind you .. trusting that the employees knows to put on this double burger …how to do there job and didn’t check the order … We live 30 mins away … In the bag was the 2 supposedly baconaders and 1 order fries … on the sandwiches was maybe 2 pieces of bacon split in half 2 haft on bottom and 2 hafts on top … with ketchup,mayonnaise,& mustard...read full review
