Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is usually great but they get my order wrong every single time I go through drive thru. Sometimes it’s just little things, like no sauce, which I pay extra for. Other times I’ve received the completely wrong order even though my receipt is correct.

Gracie was so nice to me and my mom. She made sure we had everything we ordered and it was done right!

I ordered out getting the boneless wing combo and I noticed the wings tasted a little off so I cut one of the wings open and it was discolored. I also got sick that night after eating. I’m not sure if there was an issue with cooking or just with the chicken in general, but I would definitely recommend someone check the date on their meat.

They got that good ice. Chicken was a little tough and stringy. Quality here has suffered as has other local restaurants.

We stopped into this location for a quick lunch (we're only in town for a few days). We placed an order through the app for curbside pick up. The food came out 7 mins faster than what the app promised. We were greeted with a very kind, smiling face. And everything was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend!

Food was consistent with other Zaxby's, so that was good. My son got the new Mr Beast meal and thought it was great (although it's just chicken tenders etc in a Mr Beast box). Overall good experience!

I worked 12hrs this weekend and the wife was in Owensboro and asked if she could pick me up something to eat. Was looking forward to my evening meal and when I went to heat it up I was treated to this! Very upset! ?

Walked in saw a bunch of fries on the rug went to the bathroom and it was fairly clean walked out saw that the coke machine had ketchup inside of it and was not clean dining room filthy

Love the grilled chicken sandwich. Prices are decent for today's economy.
