I was in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes when I got to make my order. The kid that was taken my order could not even take the order and kept getting it wrong and wrong after 7 minutes I asked for the manager she finished the order but she act like she didn't care one way or another

The service is nice and the wait time is decent. But how is it that every time I end up ordering a double brake and quarter pounder on Saturdays I managed to end up with double quarter pounder with no bacon and two burnt burger patties every time, like I don't know who you have cooking the burgers around 3:00 and 4:30 on Saturdays and Sundays but you need to have a talk with them
It was filthy trash overflowing poopy diapers in the bathroom on the floor cause it was over full. The Mexican female was rude, rolled her eyes when I asked for a straw

Went to mcdonalds in owenton at 10:30 but I couldn't get any food because they already shut the register and credit card machine down. The short haired manager said they shut everything down because one machine was working. Which makes no since. I'm tired of shiny customer service. I'm sick of it.
