Worst service I’ve ever experienced. And whoever works night shift around 7pm needs to be fired . For someone to keep putting you on hold and not answering the phone because they know you’re calling all because you have a $7.49 credit through them and they don’t wanna add it to the order that they screwed up.

If I could leave less than a one star review then I would. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was the saddest looking pizza I had ever seen. It was burnt, the sauce was 4 inches away from the edge of the crust, barely any cheese at all and very few toppings. The frozen pizza I fixed immediately after was so much better. I wish had gotten a picture before my husband put it in the trash. Do yourself a favor and just go to Hometown.

I have ate pizza there since it was built. However over the past few years there's a lot to be desired. On 8/12/24 my mother and I ordered a pizza for pick up we asked for a junior beast half cheese half pepperoni. They said it would be about 20 mins. We arrived 15 mins after we placed the order. They had our pizza sitting on the counter and the order was made wrong it had pepperoni on all of it. When the issue was addressed to woman behind the counter she said that she can lt re fix the pizza so it could be hot and she told us if we wanted hot we needed to be on time. She gave us a small cheese for the order being made wrong. Very very disappointed. Will not be back.

Paid over $60 for burnt food. The crust our calzones were burnt to a crisp!!! Absolutely horrible. Have officially ate there twice my first and my last time today.
I absolutely LOVE going here. My favorite person in there is the Sara she does a amazing job!! My kids want to come every Friday night because of her!! There is some drivers we like too. :) and of course Brooke.

Very poor location. This place has very poor workers making food that are usually high. Me and my wife ordered the half pound boneless wings each and I got a quarter of what she got. Along with the food being cold. Time and time again I give them chances to do better and here lately it's been getting worse. I would not recommend this pizza joint for quality food at all. It's not worth your time or money

Placed an order online this evening and when we went to pick it up the lady making and preparing food had no gloves on! Running the register and making food ! Do better wear gloves! Canceled the order and walked never again!
