I have ate pizza there since it was built. However over the past few years there's a lot to be desired. On 8/12/24 my mother and I ordered a pizza for pick up we asked for a junior beast half cheese half pepperoni. They said it would be about 20 mins. We arrived 15 mins after we placed the order. They had our pizza sitting on the counter and the order was made wrong it had pepperoni on all of it. When the issue was addressed to woman behind the counter she said that she can lt re fix the pizza so it could be hot and she told us if we wanted hot we needed to be on time. She gave us a small cheese for the order being made wrong. Very very disappointed. Will not be back.

Paid over $60 for burnt food. The crust our calzones were burnt to a crisp!!! Absolutely horrible. Have officially ate there twice my first and my last time today.

I absolutely LOVE going here. My favorite person in there is the Sara she does a amazing job!! My kids want to come every Friday night because of her!! There is some drivers we like too. :) and of course Brooke.

Very poor location. This place has very poor workers making food that are usually high. Me and my wife ordered the half pound boneless wings each and I got a quarter of what she got. Along with the food being cold. Time and time again I give them chances to do better and here lately it's been getting worse. I would not recommend this pizza joint for quality food at all. It's not worth your time or money

Placed an order online this evening and when we went to pick it up the lady making and preparing food had no gloves on! Running the register and making food ! Do better wear gloves! Canceled the order and walked never again!

DONT EVER EAT HERE… don’t carry out or ask for delivery at 6:27 on 12-10-23 I did a delivery order paid for it and all it was a female (that claimed she is the manager - didn’t get her name) well come 7:50 still no food so I call and she has the nerve to tell me I’m a lier that we didn’t order nor pay… oh no you have me all messed up, I have the charge on my phone from the bank that clearly states Owenton snappys. I give you a zero rating and will bash this place for rest of my life. Corporate will be called, I guess this so called female manager needs to put the pipe down while working.your not getting bye with stealing our money.. not today satin and bye the way you do not deserve your job after all this nonsense you pulled tonight.. karma I totally believe in it and p.s GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND WHAT YOU AS A MANAGER DID IS UGLY…

Do not recommend ordering from snappy this location. Tried to deliver to wrong address. They tried to call, did not leave voicemail. We called to check on the status of delivery, and basically were told it was too late. Their customer service is ridiculous. Stupid people with no common sense or decency is a requirement to work here.
