This has to be the most nastiest TacoBell ever, the doors were nasty the ordering screens were so dirty I wouldn’t touch them, no one takes you’re order now you got to order you’re self, I don’t get paid to do so , only thing that impressed us was a young no employee came outta the bathroom and went straight and washed her hands and went to put gloves on… Owingsville restaurant needs CLOSEDif the manager can’t run it Needless to say we didn’t eat we left

This isn't the 3rd 8th or 10th time this has happened and everyone laughs when you go to call and complain about it or tell you pretty much lying... This is a 12$ meal...it should have more than but just one scoop of beef as well as I bought supreme and as u see beef and cheese they need shut down as nasty as the meat on the taco looks. I'm going higher up on this one this time, so laugh again the taco bells in morehead and sterling is better then this nasty mess. The workers are extremely rude and will laugh in ur face...

Rude is all I will say.. I've been there twice and every time I come the manager comes out the front door to the drive-thru and looks how many cars are in the Drive-Thru and cusses and carries on and goes back in the restaurant I think that is very bad service and I will not be back

Went through the drive thru with my husband who is allergic to tomato. We ordered our food, got home and he took a bite and it’s covered with lettuce and tomato mixed in with the meat that he didn’t see when checking. I called to just kindly let them know they need to be more careful and the manager rudely hung up on me. I called back and of course, no answer. Next stop, corporate. Number one: they need to make sure their workers take allergies seriously and pay attention to the order. Number two: A managers job is to make sure they can handle customer complaints, I apparently got someone who can’t handle a little confirmation and got scared and hung up the phone on me. Not the way to handle business. Extremely dissatisfied in their service and manner of being decent human beings.
