I didn't order any food, but my s/o did for family. I assume food was fine, but we were at the drive-thru and it took 3-4 people to figure out how to give change back in 10 minutes or more. We had received the food but waited forever to receive the change back. Even the manager (one of the 3-4 people) could not figure it out. Just poor management in my opinion.

Used the drive thru so can't really say anything about the place inside but my classic roast beef w/cheddar and curly frie w/cheese was awesome and hit the spot!
This was once the best Arby's I'd ever had across the state. The last three orders I got from here were grotesque. And of course, fast food places are now claiming they can't refund app orders, so be sure not to ever create one. Even if your sandwich has been stepped on - and mine looked like they were - there's no refund for you. It's impossible for them to return your money, but they can take it lightning quick. Instantly.If you see a "limited time" item, be sure to avoid that. It'll be the grossest thing you've ever had on your plate. I paid almost $20 for the last three Arby's orders I got - PER ORDER - and they were so gross I threw them in the trash. They weren't edible.Stay away until this place cleans itself up.
