Friendly staff. Food was fresh with little wait. Waited a bit for refills but only had 1 server. She did great for taking care of everyone. Ordered chicken noodle deep dish. It was fantastic.

My daughter an I went to this restaurant and the food was nasty omelet ice cold, the house fries were not done, the gravy was burnt and tasted like salt, really the only thing that was good was the buttered toast and the Diet Pepsi I had there is mold everywhere in the restaurant

The food here was indelible. The cheddar potato soup was made with American cheese, and I don’t think that the salad greens had been rinsed. Our server messed up our orders twice. I will never, ever eat at a Bob Evans again.

A busy day with festival in town. All hands deck, however several hands shy for that. A wait was in order but not due to room. Once seated 100% spot on. Good food, great service, and decent atmosphere. Portions were great, sufficient but not huge if ordering steak tips.

Order was wrong - sausage instead bacon, eggs over hard instead of eggs over easy. Bacon was limp, not crispy. Everything replaced except bacon, which I didn’t mention because I didn’t feel I wanted to keep waiting. Daughter’s steak tips were overcooked. A napkin was left lying on the floor the entire time we were there. Staff and other customers just kept walking over it. Table across from us was not wiped clean before the next customers were seated. Gave honest answer when asked at checkout, received about 10% off ticket, which I never asked for but appreciate.

Food is horrible, Mangers don’t know how to run the place and treat there employees awful, They like to yell and fight in front of the customers it’s unexceptionable, Place is a joke wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone unless you like horrible food and mangers screaming while your trying to eat, Place needs new management.

We have been to several Bob Evans and the food was always okay, but, at the paintsville store we had grilled chicken that made noise when you hit it with a fork because it was so hard. Of course they replaced it and the replacement was not up to standard. The stuffing was dry in small crumbles. Could have been a shift change but the service was poor. And to top it off the restrooms were dirty both men and womens. The iced tea was wonderful!!
