The last couple of times I went there I wanted my veggie's chopped up on my number 2 and both times I had to leave because once in the drive thru and once i walked in both times they just plain refused to fix my burger the way I wanted it so much for having it fixed your way someone needs to do something about this some people cant chew the veggies up and that all we can do so if that is the way it is ill will never be back said they didn't have nothing to cut it up with i would have taking the plastic knife if i had to if i were them

Went to the drive thru, ordered 2 honey mustard wraps among other things. My whoppers were fine, but seriously you couldn't be bothered to actually make the wrap the way its supposed to be made? And there was nobody else in the drive thru, so it wasn't like you were busy! A tiny piece of a chicken breast that, no tomato. The wrap was basically empty. Just disgusting

We got some beverages from Paintsville Burger King, it’s a shame really how they can serve carbonated water and call it soda.
Onion rings were great…burgers tasted like they’d been warmed up about 8 times. Lady at drive through was very nice.

I made the mistake of stopping by Burger King in Paintsville last week and it was an unpleasant experience. To start I ordered two whopper meal combos with a coupon to get them for 8.99, so I place my order and wait in line at the drive-thru. I’m next so I tell the lady at the drive-thru that I have a coupon, so I have to wait a minute and she comes back and tells me I should have told her the coupon code over the radio. I had this issue before and they still would take the coupon off at the window but on this occasion they didn’t so she charged me over 17 dollars for 2 whopper meals. Took my food home and it was the most disgusting meal I had from Burger King. The whopper had mayonnaise globed all over the burger. And the fries were soggy. People save your time and money and avoid this Burger King because I will never be back. And I thought McDonalds was bad.

We stopped to grab a quick meal. That was the nastiest thing I could have attempted to eat. I opened my sandwich to find a hair hanging out of the box. When I moved the burger I realized the hair was under the bun and stretched all the way across my sandwich. There was no way I could eat after that. ?
