Not sure if liked this restaurant. I have been there twice and get heartburn later. I am not used to anything spicy and the sauce seems to have a little heat to it. I don't think this restaurant is good for me personally. I think Italian should be a sit down but that may just be me.

Upon arrival facility was clean and we was greated properly was impressed got our food and was impressed what really got me while we was eating I was watching one on the mangers eat bread right off the rack then the other manager was mistreating a worker that clearly has disabilities which really made me and my husband upset

I eat lunch here from time to time and would recommend Fazoli's. The spaghetti, ravioli, and bread are consistently good. The staff here is very good and provides better service than most local restaurants around the area. Wait times on orders are reasonably quick, and the food comes out hot.
Prices will be a bit more than standard fast food. so watch for specials. The dining area is pleasant, and the other patrons seemed to be pleased with their experience. The drink machine and utensil bar are kept up and stocked.
If you are in Paintsville and are looking for a good place to eat and unwind, then stop by at Fazoli's!

Way too many kids not ordering food just hanging out. My fiance found a Gray Hair in her food we will not patronize a Fazoli's again I couldn't eat my meal after we found the hair. Very Gross.

Was another wonderful meal at Fazoli’s, a fast casual landmark in our small town! Excellent speed of service with the most delicious breadsticks this side of Joe Bologna’s in Lexington
