I eat lunch here from time to time and would recommend Fazoli's. The spaghetti, ravioli, and bread are consistently good. The staff here is very good and provides better service than most local restaurants around the area. Wait times on orders are reasonably quick, and the food comes out hot.
Prices will be a bit more than standard fast food. so watch for specials. The dining area is pleasant, and the other patrons seemed to be pleased with their experience. The drink machine and utensil bar are kept up and stocked.

Way too many kids not ordering food just hanging out. My fiance found a Gray Hair in her food we will not patronize a Fazoli's again I couldn't eat my meal after we found the hair. Very Gross.

Was another wonderful meal at Fazoli’s, a fast casual landmark in our small town! Excellent speed of service with the most delicious breadsticks this side of Joe Bologna’s in Lexington

Had a few problems with the food. The lady at front was wonderful in helping solve the problems from the cooks. 1st my daughter started with Alfredo. 1st plate noodles not done, 2nd plate hair in food. She took it back and they changed it to spaghetti. The lady in front made the spaghetti, it was delicious.
Love eating here, their server is amazing and the food is spectacular. Jacob is also a very good employee who assists us each time we come in.

I had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks. The food was good but the service was even better. Jacob took my order and was very welcoming. He even came out to check on me and other diners between orders. Another gentleman worked diligently to clean tables and brought me a Parmesan shaker as soon as I sat down. Great job, Fazoli's of Paintsville!
