Spent $20 on a meal and when I got home and opened the box I had 5 waffle fries, two hush puppies and coleslaw. No chicken!! I called and I called to the restaurant to tell them and never did get an answer or voicemail option!! Not a good experience at all!!! š¢

I just moved up here to Paintsville about a month ago came and got fish and chicken today and l have to say this is the worst l have ever had anywhere. It tasted like it was soaked in oil and been cooked for days we could not eat it. We live to far out to come back so we threw it away if I had lived close you would have got it back and l got my money back. Love Long Johns but will never be back and l will warn the people l know about this.

Hadn't eaten at Long John's for many years because it had gotten terrible, moved to new area and decided to give it a try and so happy I did the food was excellent like it used to be. I'll definitely be back soon

Long John Silvers has always just been āThe Fish Houseā. Meaning the place that the older folks in our communities would go when they wanted a non catfish option. The local place hadnāt been updated in years so I just kind of stayed away.
While on a trip I saw a new LJS and took the leap. I was reminded of how decadent their fish was and really enjoyed it. On coming home I noticed that the local place was updating their decor and took a shot and was pleased. The fish is usually made to order and fresh so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but it is worth it.
