Worst Mexican restaurant in paintsville by far. Mi hacienda used to be our favorite restaurant but my family will not be back. Went over 30 minutes without seeing our waiter who also happens to be the manager. Could not get a refill and it took so long my father had to get his own. Food is terrible and has no flavor. Ownership needs to look for a new manager because this guy is terrible.

Place was slammed at 5:30 on a Tuesday which is a great indicator. I had never been and it sits next to a lot of other food options. Clean and well maintained with very fast and friendly service. They even have the entrance and exit doors set up to manage traffic flow so the planned for it and it works. Food was exactly what you would expect with good sized portions. Will totally be going back😁
