Okay so first of all, TERRIBLE customer service! Our pizza was sitting on the counter READY and the woman put 3 pizzas in boxes after she said rudely “can u wait just a minute” some of the pizzas are good but their service is terrible.

We have always received great service and food at the Paintsville location.
The staff have always been friendly and they know me by name when I come in.
Some of the other items, such as the sandwiches and wings, are also great.
Its pointless for them to offer delivery! They only deliver 6 miles. Offered to pay extra just for delivery but they wont and they are not allowed to meet you anywhere. Why even offer delivery??

I was very pleased with the service but highly displeased with the cleanliness. I watched two people make pizzas with nothing but their bare hands. I hope they at least wash their hands at some point.
