The food is relatively good. The staff is usually nice. I've eaten at this location dozens of times. They probably miss an item or make an item incorrectly 5-10% of the time. This is probably a little better than average in the area. However, if you order online they seem to forget the sauces a quarter of the time.

The worst experience ever.. what they tried to pass off as diet my dew tastes like moldy sink water.. my food was messed up how can one do that when it was meat and cheese only .. waste of money and time still have to get something to eat.. pitiful

The food is great IF you can get a correct order. This location is bad for incorrect orders for some time now. Kudos for the military discount. Also, great job to the man who remade the incorrect parts of the 2 orders I placed and also to the young gentleman at the register. He was very polite, extremely patient, and knew a lot about the menu.
Parking: Plenty of parking in their lot.
Kid-friendliness: It seems to be kid friendly most often.

They allow the staff to be abused and in turn they become disgruntled.The younger employees are often seen messing around or huddled up gossiping not actually staying busy.Have witnessed them straight up ignore customers on numerous occasions. Bathrooms are always nasty. Most of the workers are unsanitary.Hands are not washed enough and gloves are definitely not changed enough. Food is often sloppy and made incorrectly or stale from not properly being rotated. Employees have been seen snorting pills in front of the store and doing drug deals on the property. They allow known meth and heroine addicts to stay employed and work high. Definitely overpriced for such poor quality and management needs overhauled.

Parking: Easy to find a parking spot but if You're going through the drive thru plan to be there awhile.

So food safety is a REAL issue with this Taco Bell!!! First off in November we caught COVID from an employee (manager) who was showing active signs of being sick. Then on our last trip the guy who made our food was wearing gloves but he proceeded to touch his hair, touch the front counter, then touch the sink in the back with dirty stuff then he proceeded to stick those same hands without changing gloves into the cheese and touch the food he was making!! There was no point of asking for a replacement since he had already contaminated all of the food he was putting his hands in!! We just ended up tossing the food away and going somewhere else!!
