We waited an hour for our food just for the worker to tell us the sandwich we ordered isn’t even available. My friend spent 20 minutes in the front of the line before they even took his order. Once he got his food he waited another 15 minutes for his frosty. Service was not good and don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry. 1 star.

Literally every time I get breakfast here it’s cold, I wait a 20 minute average in the drive thru EVERY time. Literally 11:30 at night and have waited 30 minutes for a large coke. Maybe get it together because I don’t know what you guys could possibly be doing in there. It’s actually insane…I’m not even trying to be a jerk, I’ve worked fast food I get it..but for it to be issues literally every single time I go is ridiculous.

Couldnt even answer the phone, and when I tried again they answered then hung up like seriously? And yes, I double checked the number. Never go here obviously theres zero respect for the customers or themselves 🙄

The food was decent but would not have ordered if we had seen the restrooms beforehand. Both restrooms were disgusting. There was an employee in the dining area so we told her and she said she would tell her manager to which she didn't and nothing was done while we were there.
UPDATE: 11/02/2024!! Pretty much the same tonight. Bless their hearts, though, bc God knows they TRY! Yall kept us from going without a few diff occasions and had had it not been for the military discount, Wendy's App, etc really helps our family.
<We visit often! Lately, it seems like something is wrong with every single order, whether that be cold, old fries, missing item/s, or special requests unhonored. We love Wendy's as we live on a tight budget, but we are hoping to see better in the near future. Side note: The strawberry lemonade has NEVER failed me ;)>
Vegetarian options: You could have a salad or a potato
Kid-friendliness: Just like their major competitors, just you're average America
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't like the way the doors/small walk in to inside door is setup

Waited in the drive thru for over half an hour only to receive cold food and had to make a return trip to get it replaced. This has happened on more than one occasion it seems as though the closing crew doesn't care about what they hand out the window.
