My son, husband and I went here for a late night dinner. Everything was wrong. Down to my son’s plain burger. The nuggets tasted liked they were there for hours. It was freezing in the dining room. It was so cold that we physically couldn’t dine in and the bathroom had no toilet paper. It was all around a disappointment.

I went on my lunch break and I had to clean off my seat before I sat down. They gave me my food to go and I was eating inside after having to wait to get my order placed bc the worker was in the bathroom and finally a manager took my order for me. I also know that if you tell them that you don’t want salt on your fries then they will make fresh fries and you will have fresher fries that way, lol. They did get my order right though and they were really nice and friendly so other than waiting for my order to be placed it was good. I also bought a boo book which my nieces will get to enjoy!

I always thought it was weird that you never really see Wendy's employees wearing jackets, even when they looked cold. When I spoke with a former Wendy's employee they said there were only certain jackets that are allowed to be worn. Not only that, but a member of management has to buy it for you. If there are dress code requirements that management won't let the employees supply themselves with, then shouldn't the store provide if for them? I'd rather not see kids look like they're freezing to death because they don't have a "dress code appropriate" jacket.
Horrible service. Sometimes workers do not even want to wait on me or ring me up one today walked around the cash register and then walked away. Needless to say I walked out since I did not get service. Really bad business how do they make much money that way ?
