Me and my sister have been here twice so far and the customer service is excellent and the food is excellent. They make really good sandwiches here and that's saying something because I used to work at Subway. The employees are very friendly.?

Here, in all places, in Park City Kentucky, near Mammoth Cave National Park, this little Subway inside the Shell gas station had excellent service, and the sandwich was the freshest and BEST that Katherine and I have ever had from any Subway. Even the roast beef seemed to be prime and elevated, and as if it was cut fresh from a butcher or deli. The vegetables were very flavorful fresh and very crisp (e.g. The amazing green bell pepper).The bread was perfect and the turkey was excellent.

Very rude, sitting on her phone, when the food case definitely needs to be cleaned & stocked. No tip for you & one more of many reviews stating employees are rude.

Okay so I'm waiting in line right. I'm looking in the veggies and theres a DEAD FLY dime SIZE peeled over in the cucumbers. I say "yo there's a dead fly in there" they shrugged their shoulders at me. I'm beyond DISGUSTED.

Subway employee mad the sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. They didn't complain when we wanted a lot of extra banana peppers on the sandwiches. He was very nice. They were out of soup.

The young lady that waited on me on 11/5/2019 was very rude and unfriendly. Walked up to the counter and was greeted with "what do you want?" Had this same attitude with my wife a few weeks ago. She definitely needs to work on her customer service.
