Best Ice Cream around!! They have many different flavors plus now they have sundaes and milkshakes plus snow cones! Definitely a family friendly environment for all!!

I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area who's looking for amazing scoops of ice cream. Family friendly. And the owners are right there working side by side the employees. I highly respect that, and it shows how committed they are to not only their customers but also to there team.The fun color choice and eye for details on this old build is what drew us in.A+ across the board.

Parking: Parking in front of building and free parking right across the street!! Can't beat that

Kid-friendliness: Owners respected the kids and wanted to serve them and my wife and I to the best of their ability. High chairs and seating for the whole family.

Just feel like shops/restaurants should disclose what time they actually close on google. Or have a website or something. Coming through this town and wanted to get some ice cream but I couldn't because the ice cream part was closed 2 hrs before google says they close.

My crew was raving! We've tried a lot of ice cream, but this was some of the best!! Peach is the best, in my opinion- it has real got in it! We also have votes for cookies & cream and the salted caramel!

The ice cream was wonderful, only they really need a sign at the road, if we had not pulled it up on the Google maps, we would have drove right by without ever seeing the sign on the store for ice cream, I really think they have something great going on with that ice cream because there's not really anything close by. Super friendly people, Definitely 10 stars.

We came to visit Louisville with family from different parts of the country. For fun, we decided to celebrate several birthdays with a trip to The Arctic Scoop. Alison gave us a presentation on liquid nitrogen which the kids and adults both enjoyed. Ice cream was rich and delicious and facility seemed clean and bright. Definitely a fun stop.

This place is great. Its a cool process to see how they create their ice cream with nitrogen, I had no idea this was a thing. The service is what really got my attention. We stopped in with 6 people right near close and the one person working the counter was helpful and willing to make whatever anybody wanted. Her attitude alone would bring me back and the ice cream didn't disappoint. I'm glad we gave it a try.

We had a lot of fun watching the staff “make” our ice cream and even more fun breathing out cold smoke rings as we enjoyed some of their “Dragon Balls”! It’s all about the experience!

Went to Arctic Scoop three times when in Louisville. Wife and kids love the nitrogen ice cream. Very tasty. A little pricey, but the flavor makes up for it!!!
