It was just an average visit. They were very busy. They have a promotion. If you buy the value meal you get a free milkshake but they forgot to give it to me. I mentioned something to Patrick and he brought me one to the table. He was very kind and I think he deserves a raise. You are lucky to have him working for you. He has a smile and is kind to the customers

The McDonald’s drive-thru is always a great experience! Even during busy times, the line moves quickly and my order is accurate. The staff are friendly, upbeat, and make the visit easy. Perfect spot when you need fast, reliable, and tasty food on the go!

this will be my last time at this location! This crew can’t seem to get it together at dinner time. I had been coming here for years and that ends today! I’ll pass this exit and head to Lagrange from here on out. The Food was absolutely horrific!!!!! it was so awful I tossed it out except for my drink and the 4 nuggets. Wich I didn’t get any sauce for! although I asked for sweet and sour! I guess when you don’t spend big money at this location you now end up with nasty food. I ordered the McDouble meal deal with no pickles. sweet and sour for my nuggets and a large Dr Pepper (upcharge .20) I also got 2 mcchickens no lettuce only mayo. total price $8.89 My drink barely had any ice wich was fine. the McDouble had a stiff bun and the double patties were super tough on both sandwiches. like they were made hours before I placed my order?!?!?!? Both mcchickens were hard as rocks completely dry and Barely had any mayo. like they do at every McDonald’s location. in there signature style of a tiny dollop for whatever reason. I’m sure the chicken was cooked hours before aswell.
I wouldn’t have minded being asked to pull to the side to have my food made properly. Although they didn’t ask.they just kept the line moving as fast as possible. this location in Pendleton ky rushes every chance they can and messes up food orders left and right. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it anymore! people work hard for there money to get such awful food from this establishment. pretty sad I spent $8.89 for a large Dr Pepper and 4 sorry sauceless chicken nuggets!!! lesson learned on 8/31/25 avoid the Pendleton ky McDonald’s!!! it should also be noted. I’m writing this while waiting for my pizza to finish baking at little Caesar’s in crestwood ky.
