Why is it that the Kasselman mcdonalds don't put whipped cream and chocolate on their hot chocolates? That's listed as ingredients on the macdonalds websites . A way to make more money by shoring.customers?

The whole staff is completely slow whoever put my McChicken together literally just threw it in the bag because the lettuce was everywhere and there was mayonnaise all over my bag. My fries We’re half hot and half cold the staff on December 27 night shift we’re doing a horrible job

Food was right but I haven't eaten yet so can't really say if it was good or not. I can tell you what wasn't great at all was the service. I thought the customer was always right? We had ordered 20 nuggets to share on date night and we check the bag like we normally do and when we seen there was only 1 BBQ and 1 creamy chilli we did what most people would've done and asked for 2 more cups of sauce. When we did the older short lady with glasses working in the front of the bagging part. Idk her name (approx. 900pm) she had told the other younger woman to give us those that we had already had sauce in the bag. She even told us when we checked the bag that there was sauce in the bottom. But we definitely felt she was being rude about it and seemed like it was coming out of her paycheck. But someone should pay attention to the service at this location. We had went to Lagrange McDonald's and they asked what we needed and didn't complain for sauce or have an attitude about it.
