Why is it that the Kasselman mcdonalds don't put whipped cream and chocolate on their hot chocolates? That's listed as ingredients on the macdonalds websites . A way to make more money by shoring.customers?

My special order burger was incorrect. When I went back because it was wrong, the manager was very rude and didn't believe me, even though I had the wrong burger and my receipt!
The orders here are constantly wrong. Employees need some training on making sure the orders are correct, and training on how to politely correct a situation when it arises.
