At 9:30pm on Oct 17 2024. Stopped by for fuel and meal. The fries were not quite luke warm. The nuggets were old. Same as the fries but also soggy. My chicken sandwich was good. We were the only customers so there wasn't any excuse

Click "dine in" and they put it in a bag anyway. And they won't substitute coffee for the soft drink. Also they won't put it in my travel mug for me. They just hand me a small coffee and waste the cup and lid. Very wasteful. I went back with the empty cup for a refill, and they gave me another full cup and a lid that I didn't need because I was pouring it my travel mug. So apparently they love to waste cups and lids when they could have just put it in...

When I went to the drive-thru with my mobile order, my food was fresh and hot, however the woman in drive-through was not so friendly, acting like she was in a hurry to give me my food so I could get out of her way. I had to ask her for ketchup and she said yes and handed it to me, but basically threw it in my hand making me lose half of it on the ground. I told her sorry and she rolled her eyes and turned away. Granted, it was after midnight, but she didn't have to be so...
