We were fortunate to find this spot on Google, and stopped in for some boba tea. Super pleased to find the Chinese buffet, hibachi grill, rolled ice cream, lumpia and sushi! Super cool place, and we really enjoyed our food + drinks. Staff was very friendly, and the entire place was super clean. I’ll definitely stop back by when I’m through Pikeville!

My first time trying 123 Cafe's Milk Tea with boba and I have to say that it was awesome! They offer several different flavors and toppings. I tried the strawberry with just normal boba. The tea was flavorful and just right (not too weak but not overwhelmingly strong). The strawberry flavoring didn't taste artificial at all, it tasted like fresh, sweet strawberries. The boba was also the PERFECT consistency and texture. 10/10 ✨

The wife and I eat here regularly, the food is priced by weight if you get it off the bar.

We've been here twice and loved it both times. The food is good and not that expensive for what you get. The portions are large and delicious. There's a variety of options and types of food to choose from. A hibachi grill, dessert, sushi, Thai ice cream, you name it and they've got it. The space is large and not cramped up and the place is very clean as well

For a Chinese restaurant, this is a very odd business concept. When you walk in, there is no instructions on the process to order or how things work. Each station is independent of the other, although they use the same register. One of us wanted the buffet that is by weight, and the other wanted the Hibachi. But you have to prepay for the hibachi, and you had to load up and weigh your buffet (paid by weight). We couldn't have what we each wanted to eat together. Here is why. I wanted Hibachi. She wanted the buffet. So that would require her to weigh her food, pay for it, and then order what I wanted at the Hibachi station. It would take time to make what I wanted, so when I sit down, she would already be done.If you want desert, that's another whole process to pay and get.I honestly have to say this is the worst restaurant concept I have ever experienced.I thought I was the only one confused l, and then I saw every single customer ahead and behind us equally or more confused than us.I hope the owners read my review and make changes. If the owners wanted more repeat customers and better reviews, they should sit and watch customers walking in and their reactions (confusion). Then I hope they make changes. It's confusing and makes no sense.I will give it another try next month and see if it's better.

I have never experienced a buffet of this nature. There were 4 categories of food. We chose the Chinese buffet. This was the most limited Chinese Buffet I have ever been to. Every choice was bland ie: lo mein noodles, fried rice, some kinda puffed up chicken, the tempura was ok but the chicken was dry and stringy..I tried the sauted mushrooms and they put so much heat in them I had to spit them out. Chickenand vegetables...was just frozen broccoli that I couldn't chew. We came here a year ago from Connecticut, we can't find good Chinese food. If anyone has any suggestions please respond.

There are A LOT of options. Like overwhelmingly. No signs to guide you through how to order or get food. We are off the buffet bar and that was a mistake. The food was likely good when it was fresh but it was cold and gross when we ate. Looks like a lot of folks like it but this will be my one and only trip to this place. In a positive note… the place was clean and the employees were very nice.

This is mine and my husband's favorite place to eat. They have a variety of different foods to eat and very different dessert options that are very delicious! I get the habichi when I eat here. So, I watch them cook my food through the glass. It's fun to watch and smells as good as it tastes! Way cheaper than a traditional hibachi with the same great taste. My husband gets ramen, and it's made fresh and delicious. I have tried the Thai ice cream, and it's amazing@ its also fun to watch them make it! We also eat lumpia dessert. It's so cool to watch them make that, and we crave this dessert! I highly recommend this place!
Kid-friendliness: As you can see I the pictures my daughter lived the expense and the food! She had a ball going with us!
