Great place. It's like it used to be before they changed the menu and the food. They learned from their mistakes. Food, service was great and prices were extremely good considering how much beef and pork cost right now.
I stopped the night in pikeville for work and tried to get uber eats to deliver some food. Uber eats system messed up and it resulted in me going to Applebees to pick up the food. The manager on duty (Tina) and the staff were more than willing to help get me my order. They were polite and understanding. Ubereats mess up was fixed by Applebees. If I come back again for work I’ll definitely come back to this Applebees location. Thank you again!
My mom and I stopped there on our way to WV. This was the best Applebees I've ever been to. Our waitress was friendly and had good recommendations. We loved the quesadillas and wonton tacos. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The wait staff was hustling and had friendly vibes. It was so great we visited again today on our way home to TN.
