We had a great Father's Day meal at Applebees in Pikeville. Our server was super nice and it didn't take too long for our food to come out, especially considering it's a holiday. I had an incident that I needed help with and several servers and the manager, LaTonya was so super helpful!! I can't thank LaTonya enough for her patience and kindness during a stressful shift. She is an amazing person!!
Not much difference between this one and any other Applebee's, it has good food for good prices. It would be nice if they had a better beer selection, but overall an enjoyable experience.
Food is delicious, but what makes me return often is the service. There have been 2 negative service issues in the past, both with different hostesses. But the waitress Elisha. She is phenomenal! Super friendly EACH visit, no matter how busy she is. She always is kind, patient, and smiling. She does an excellent job with her job duties, our drinks never get empty, and we never have to call for her. This lady, Elisha, that is a waitress at Pikeville, KY Applebee's deserves...
