Update. Went through the drive thru again and they just can't seem to get any order right. Ordered a double beef and cheddar and a jamoca shake. I get a plain roast beef sandwich and a vanilla shake. I don't understand what is so difficult about taking an order correctly. Thought I'd give Arby's a try this evening and update my review and unfortunately it didn't go the direction I had hoped. In fact it went the opposite. I ordered in drive thru and I like most ppl want to get what they want at one restaurant. No one wants to go to 2-3 places for a single meal. The only thing I ordered that wasn't an issue was the steak sandwich but I haven't opened it yet. So, I ordered a large jalapeno popper and the person taking my order did their best to discourage me from getting them cuz they were gonna have to drop a few more to fill my order but those workers was ready to leave (at 8 o'clock) and stressed to me the number of minutes I'd have to wait, like I was gonna get upset for getting fresh cooked food at a restaurant but anyways I stuck to my order and then ordered a large milkshake. Well that apparently was a mistake as well cuz they had already cleaned it and took it apart but said it was out of order. So I considered leaving but decided against it and drove on up to the window and hand the guy the money for my order. And tried being friendly and asked how he was doing. He responded by shutting the drive thru window in my face and ignored me but did Keep side eyeing me to see how I responded I assume but just because he was rude I wasn't gonna be. A couple minutes later brought my order and I left. I was starved so started eating the poppers. Well they go pretty fast but as I reached in the bag for another, they were all gone. Since when is a large popper only 4. It cost the same as an 8piece. This is what happens when employees are lazy and just want to go home. The customer suffers. The work ethic of this younger generation is absent and they have no desire to be at work but want to get paid for just showing up. My advice to anyone who isn't from around here but wants a good restaurant to eat at, well, they can all be good at times and all be bad at times. Kinda like playing The lottery. Never sure if you're going to win.

I ordered online because they had a discount it was available when I came in. The cashier was rude I was excited to try the philly cheesesteak. It was horrible not good at all. The curly fries were half undercooked. The cookie was good not great when it was Ghirardelli salted carmel chocolate chip cookie it was good wont get again. The inside was clean.

We were only here for a few minutes but it was a positive experience. A lot of times when I go through a drive through the staff seemed rushed. I do understand that they are trying to keep the line moving, but sometimes they respond like AI on an assembly line 🤣😂. We rarely eat at Arby’s so we needed the extra time to look over the menu. And on top of that they also have a lot of options when it comes to the sides you can pick with a combo. The young lady at the window was very patient and friendly (even repeating the sides twice for me 😂). So now that I’ve explained why the service was 5 ⭐️ +, I’ll rate the food. We chose a ham and swiss combo with curly fries. The curly fries were slightly over cooked which made them a little hard and crunchy. And even though they were seasoned nicely, you could taste that they were a little burnt. This would have routinely caused me to give the food a lower rating, but the ham and swiss was the star of the show. The portions of ham was fantastic, better than expected. And the ham was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The bun was also soft and very fresh. The ham sandwich gets a 7.5 ⭐️’s out of 5. Bringing the 2.5 curly fries up and making it a 5 star review. With the delicious food and amazing customer service (at least on my visit) I would definitely suggest this Arby’s.

This restaurant has an awesome fish sandwich and also the crispy chicken sandwich is also good, especially if you want something different than a roast beef sandwich.

We attempted to eat here around 6 p.m. on 8/22/24. We walked up to the door and it was locked. No signs on the door to explain. Evidently it was drive thru only but since we had a trailer, we were unable to go through drive thru.

My wife and I went and spent $38 we got 4 beef and cheddars and none of them had the red ranch. We were the only people in the drive thru to begin with we waited 20+ minutes and accumulated a 4 car line behind us just to make it all the way home and find out the food was wrong.
