We attempted to eat here around 6 p.m. on 8/22/24. We walked up to the door and it was locked. No signs on the door to explain. Evidently it was drive thru only but since we had a trailer, we were unable to go through drive thru.

My wife and I went and spent $38 we got 4 beef and cheddars and none of them had the red ranch. We were the only people in the drive thru to begin with we waited 20+ minutes and accumulated a 4 car line behind us just to make it all the way home and find out the food was wrong.

Service was terrible no one was in line took 10 minutes for a beef and cheddar. Workers moved like ? teenagers of course. That’s why I usually don’t do restaurants after school is out.

I’ve spent a good portion of time at Arby’s of Pikeville, I enjoy Arby’s food , no complaints there ,even having been a former employee there and potentially getting burnt out on the food due to eating there more so than anywhere else,seemed most convenient I might add , but either way I still enjoy it and eat there often, employees are great, and it’s came a long way from where it was in my thoughts at one point in the past.
