We was second in line and one other person behind. Waited 26 mins on food. Fries was cold, sweet tea not sweet what so ever. Ham and cheese sandwich was not warm or cold. Service was extremely slow I guess cause workers wanted to spend 35 mins in the bathroom and not work while the rest was just running around doing nothing.
We were only here for a few minutes but it was a positive experience. A lot of times when I go through a drive through the staff seemed rushed. I do understand that they are trying to keep the line moving, but sometimes they respond like AI on an assembly line 🤣😂. We rarely eat at Arby’s so we needed the extra time to look over the menu. And on top of that they also have a lot of options when it comes to the sides you can pick with a combo. The young lady at the window...
