Went here after a doctor's appt and Brittany was such a sweetheart. Something happened with the mobile orders (something probably out of her control) and multiple people were getting upset with her and she was the only one up front while the rest of the employees (I think 2 or 3) were behind the line making the food. Brittany was so sweet and trying hard to make sure everyone got their order but it was awful seeing how the customers as well as her co-workers treated her. Very proud of how she handled herself. She needed help and while another employee did help, they were very cold towards her. I hope she has a good day because she really deserves a good day.

Had a bad day at school and had a worse experience here. My nuggets were the size of my pinky and they forgot all my sauces plus I had to ask for a new fry because they put way too much on it. Very disappointed

The sweetest people you'll ever meet! The women there were so good with my son. Will most definitely go back when I am around Pikeviile again. The food was delicious as well!

Only 1 register open. Waited in line 30 minutes to order. The person ahead of me placed orders for 8 people that he was bringing food to. The cashier wiped the side of my cup on the front her shirt to dry it off.

It's the Lord's chicken. And it's pretty easily accessible. Not the greatest location but I'm glad the university opens access to the general public. Chick-fil-A is always the right choice.

Very delicious, its inside pikeville college but everyone is welcome , it gets a little loud with alot of students are in side but the food is so great

This was the worst Chick-Fil-A I have been to. My food was cold (fries and chicken sandwich). I asked for an extra crispy sandwich and was told they are all crispy. Once I got my sandwich it was cold, dry, and soggy. The fries were just sitting there and was given to me because they did not have any fresh fries in the fryer. When given my food I said Thank you and the staff responded your welcome instead of my pleasure. Never experienced a bad Chick-Fil-A I have been to.
