Foods price to little high now have a long wait time no senior discount

Stopped in close to closing time and ordered a couple of triple cheeseburger with everything and a peanut buster parfait. The cheeseburgers were probably the best burgers I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Everyone working there were extremely kind and friendly and they take pride in their job unlike most fast food restaurants they actually enjoy taking care of the customers. As a matter of fact I think I will go back today and order another triple cheeseburger before leaving Pikeville, this is the kind of service I’ve seen all over Pikeville. Also you can’t beat the price.

Cockroaches

The customer service here is great! I came by this morning for breakfast, and let me just say, Mossie, one of the employees, made my day better with her positive attitude. The food was hot and fresh as well!

Ordered two chicken strip baskets, with two drinks and a salad. Didn't get my sprite, no sauces, no salad dressing and no gravy. Who wants a chicken strip basket and no gravy?

Hello, former DQ employee speaking. Do not go to this Dairy Queen. It’s gross. First of all, they don’t wear gloves when handling food. Also, I seen someone eat out of a blizzard and then give it to a consumer. They reuse old nasty condiments packs, napkins, and silverware. Wonder why it takes so long to get your food? Well, no one is doing their job. (Especially the managers) while you’ve been waiting 20-40 minutes on an ice cream cone the managers are sitting back in the back talking about what she/ they bought off of temu or what color Stanley cup they are going to buy.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BECOMING AN EMPLOYEE, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST:
• You will go days without getting a break
•They will cut your hours down ( I went from 40 hours a week to only working 1 day a week)
And a note to missy or Jennifer, if you delete this I will call and email corporate. Also pay me my last paycheck

Went in to get a dipped cone. The guy couldn’t fix it. He was getting the manager to give me a refund when another worker came and fixed my cone perfectly. Be careful what you order. Make sure it’s not to difficult lol

Honestly I've had better experiences at the South Williamson DQ and that's not saying much because the service there is also horrible. This store though takes the cake literally on slowest service. 25 + minutes for a Medium oreo cheesecake blizzard and it had 3 pieces of cheesecake. Sorry excuse of a business.
