Food was ok but overpriced. Salsa was right out of a bottle - no substance at all. For a child’s meal of beef taco and rice and a chicken quesadilla for myself plus we each had a drink - first check he brought was $13+ which seemed right. He came back, picked that up and said he’d made a mistake and left a check for $19+. Waaaay overpriced for literally a plain taco, a plain quesadilla and 2 drinks.
I drove from El Paso Texas to visit family in Pikeville and decided to eat at this place. I am Mexican and live near the Mexican border so I am very familiar with authentic Mexican food and the food at Azul is as authentic as it gets!! The food was delicious!!! I highly recommend the Molcajete dish! The service was incredible and the prices are reasonable! This is best AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD in Eastern Kentucky!! Gracias por la sabrosa comida! 🇲🇽❤️
This is the top tasting Mexican Food in Pikeville, KY. The food itself was amazing. I had the fajitas, and the serving size was great, and the flavor was there. NEEDS SOME WORK Customer Service was not very good. You're not assigned a waiter it's just whoever is walking around. It felt disorganized. The Margaritas were pre-made and not that good. Drink choses were very very limited which was a disappointment.
