Absolutely ridiculous my daughter received gift card ( reload on her Mr. Gatti card) for her birthday but we cannot bring her without adding more money as your required to add credits to your card at the door.

I spent 95$ for cold food, attitude and nothing on the bars and wet salad . I sent a message privately on here with no reply to fix it so now I will share publicly , pikeville location. Cold food, bad service and barely any food after 6 LOL. Bad service . Period .

My favorite pizza place. The cauliflower, crust is the best I have had anywhere. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Nice salad bar.

Mr Gattis and Chucky Cheese are basically competing against each other. Mr Gattis beats CC big time. Mr Gattis has a buffet with better quality pizza, good salad bar, pasta and dessert pizza. There are many more games at Mr Gattis and there's more room for all the kids. Older kids will enjoy mr gattis more as it's slightly less small child oriented even though all ages will enjoy it. As a parent I'll pick mr gattis every time. It was surprisingly clean for an arcade full of kids.

Staff doesn't hardly clean tables, food was cold when we arrived and was informed they don't even make custom pizzas anymore. Staff got defensive when they were told food wasn't warm. It's cheap but if you're not going to give at least somewhat decent service raise your prices to keep up.Keep in mind this was dinner time with the most basic selections of pizza and what out there was old and cold.

Food is okay, nothing to get excited about. Good place to go if you are wanting to satisfy a big appetite. Can be really crowded on the weekends, I would not recommend on a Saturday.

Mr. Gattis in Pikeville is by far the worst employer that anyone can work at. Me and my buddy both worked there as managers and there main goal whenever we was employed by them was too down grade us. The Gameroom manager William Blackburn is by far the worst guy in the whole store he loves to hit his employees he loves to make all his employees do absolutely everything in the whole Gameroom while he sits in the back room. But godforbid you try to find another job he will treat you like garbage, then if you do find another job and get hired he will immediately force you to put your notice in even if you don’t know the exact start date. There’s only a handful of good people that works at the job that is good people and they know who they’re but the rest down there are not good people and there goal is too just make money not assure that there employees are happy and healthy. My buddy got Covid and his boss told him to come in after 2 days and his boss knows he’s always around customers and employees, oh and food a health violation. Long story short never work at Mr. Gattis in Pikeville
Staff was RUDE. Went to our grandsons birthday party today. Was forced to pay $30 to attend even though we didn't want to eat. Would not recommend.

No longer do special request on chicken pizza all I ask for was no onions on the BBQ chicken pizza lol they have always did this for me not a big deal but according to the manager chicken cost too much and they don’t take special request anymore on chicken haha I didn’t ask for more chicken just make a BBQ chicken without onions since I paid $80 for 4 people to eat and play a few games but dude acts like it’s a big deal to ask for no onions and for your information they hardly put any chicken at all on the pizzas but covered in onions acted like they don’t make a fortune they’re everyday its always packed

They have a friendly staff and the food is amazing here the buffet is 9.99 and the arcade is a lot of fun spent 13 dollars couldn’t decide on what to play spent about an hr in there and the staff was very helpful and
