In town for work so we decided to try it on a Thursday evening. The lasagna was ok but the wings came out cold inside. We had waited almost an hour. They forgot and left the calzone sitting under the heat lamps. The bread for the lasagna came out after I was pretty much done with the lasagna. The Coke fountain was flat. We really didn’t have a good time after a long day of work. The lady at the counter was sweet but the guy would just ignore you standing at the counter.

Hard to rate this place. The food was good, but the atmosphere was, well, not great. Maybe it was an off night. I'd try it again if I'm ever in the area again.

My biggest complaint is the food is never consistent. The baked spaghetti is different every time. Sometimes great, sometimes dry, sometimes way too much sauce. Today I ordered lite bake and got it home and it was black. I wish I would have taken a picture. I probably won’t be back for quite a while. Too much of not knowing what you will get.

The pizza here ...well, it's not real pizza. They just don't know what pizza crust is supposed to be like. It's soggy and really just not cooked like it's supposed to be. We were desperate for pizza and even after reading the bad reviews decided to give it a try. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating...until we got our food. We never saw her again. Not until we left. She was outside smoking a cigarette, talking with somebody on a scooter..? The food was tolerable but Giovanni's "pizza" is NOT pizza. It's soft bread with tomato sauce and toppings that are similar to real pizza toppings but not quite. The people in this area seem to like it okay so I guess it's okay for them, but if you've ever had New York or Chicago pizza you're gonna be extremely disappointed. To each their own but this IS NOT real pizza.
