I got me and mom sub sandwich from there today beautiful loving and welcoming people GOD bless them they’re so nice and sweet loving people I got me a cold cut. I loved it and a chicken sub for my mom.

I placed an order on the app, got confirmation of my order by text and email. Seconds later I get a phone call from the store stating my order is canceled and they are closed. Check the app, closing was at 9pm. I placed the order at 8:38pm. That is plenty of time before the store closed. I was in the parking lot and literally watched the lady walk over and lock the door in front of me. The guy states on the phone that corporate office is trying make them stay open until 9 and they just can’t do that. Excuse me? If your closing time is a set time by corporate office wouldn’t you have to abide by that? I mean, I don’t get to chose my end time at work, would be nice tho! Never again!

Ordered a roast beef sub was really great and super fast.

We order from work all the time. Never had a problem until now. Food was left up front in our building, delivery person left. When I called they wanted to argue that they normally do that. Sorry but no,...we order from there quite a bit. We always get a call before they get here, as requested in our note for delivery, and they usually hand our food to us. Rude.

Owner of the store is rude to all employees and any one who has questions about the sandwich shop. Will go out of his way make fun of his own employees. Ranging from making fun of employees about how much work they have to do and how much they get paid to just straight up harassment. Owner picks out female workers to constantly brag about how much money he makes. Seems to a point of pride for him because the pervious poster commented about the same problem. Screw this place. Although the other management for this shop is great and I never had any problems with anyone other than the rude as hell owner.
