First off...Jimmy Johns plain potato chips suck. Literally the worst chips I've ever had. That being said...the sandwiches are fine. But thanks to the chips I'd choose Subway other Jimmy Johns and I'd choose Penn Station over both (Penn Station is SIGNIFICANTLY better than either). All in all...the subs are fine...the plain chips suck and it's just an average sub shop. Unfortunately for this location there is a Penn Station 90 seconds away. I'd pick that 100% of the time but this is a decent substitute I guess if Penn is closed.

I got me and mom sub sandwich from there today beautiful loving and welcoming people GOD bless them they’re so nice and sweet loving people I got me a cold cut. I loved it and a chicken sub for my mom.

I placed an order on the app, got confirmation of my order by text and email. Seconds later I get a phone call from the store stating my order is canceled and they are closed. Check the app, closing was at 9pm. I placed the order at 8:38pm. That is plenty of time before the store closed. I was in the parking lot and literally watched the lady walk over and lock the door in front of me. The guy states on the phone that corporate office is trying make them stay open until 9 and they just can’t do that. Excuse me? If your closing time is a set time by corporate office wouldn’t you have to abide by that? I mean, I don’t get to chose my end time at work, would be nice tho! Never again!
