This is the second time in two weeks that I order food from KFC in Pikeville Ky and my order was and half my food was left out I want my refund I spent over $60 there and I’m not happy and I called and the person on the phone was rude and said there’s nothing they can do. I will not order from another KFC EVER AGAIN I want my refund

Went through the drive thru and the cashier was absolutely wonderful to deal with!! She was very in depth when answering my questions and didn't act like she got upset because it took me a minute to figure out what me and my girlfriend wanted!!

Absolutely disgusting. All the reviews say “clean” and that is the last word I would use to describe this place. The bathrooms were revolting. Napkins and sauce littered the floor. The chicken was dry, the fries and slaw were inedible. I will not be coming back.

I was going to get food from here until I saw how dirty EVERYTHING is. The bathroom had so much grime and dirt on the floor, then I went into the lobby and it looked the same. Even the doors going in are smeared with dirt. There's no way I could trust food from this environment.

Worst service every. Had a mobile order for 4:15. Said my order was ready when got there. Wasn't even started on when I went in. 1 hour later had to ask for manger.

The food is great along with the service. The inside is a bit dirty - not too much... Except for the booth chairs. They smelled musty or body odor-y. I couldn't tell which. But I didn't bring it with me. They look like they could use some deep cleaning, as well.

Me and my husband have been waiting to try the dunk it buckets ever since they came out. Well finally got the chance to swing by and get one and the young girl at the register was hateful and told my husband it would be a 45 min to an hour wait. I called bull because they werent doing much of anything as it was. We were hungry so we decided to take our buisness else where. DO NOT EAT HERE!

An absolute nightmare of a restaurant. Lazy people in back walking around doing nothing while people are backed up to the street waiting for their order..for an hour! Yes an hour. And when my wife became fed up with the incompetence there by everyone she finally asked to cancel the order..and their response was..well we can make your order right now. He'll no...get us out of this nightmare! Who owns this place? How to contact the owner directly? This place needs to fire everyone from the ground up to manager..and clean up the building..literally.....and start over. Oh my.... KFC lived up to their name. Great service and great food. Chicken was not dry at all. Only if this Service and great food was in Houston I would go there every other day. Our location in Houston is terrible. I will be back!!! Thank you KFC Pikeville. You brought back great memories when I had KFC when I was younger!!! Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

Went to the Pikeville store today and I was very disappointed. While the food was good as always, the service was not. The man behind the counter taking my order and the order of my family was very rude he acted as if he didn't want to take our orders I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries with my meal he deliberately looked right at me and with a atatude said French fries right I said no but he didn't change it until my son spoke up and let him know that he got my order wrong my son then proceeded to order for the rest of the family so as to not give him a chance to be rude to them all the time my son was ordering the guy taking the order still acted as if he didn't want to. A little tip if you have some one who is acting in a manner as he was don't put them out front where they have to deal with the public, You will loose customers that way
