Every time I go to this place I have a bad experience. The staff is dirty and rude, and clearly incompetent because they have never gotten an order right. I just got home, excited to eat my food. I take one bite and my whole head is on fire. They gave me a bowl COMPLETELY doused in hot sauce when I didn’t order ANYTHING SPICY. I can’t eat my food it’s literally greasy spicy soup. I wish there was another kfc near me 😭

Went through the drive thru 12-30-25, got 10$ bucket of chicken tenders, they came in a dinner box- French fry bag, 8 two an three inch tenders was cold, looked like it had been made 5 hrs ago. Swiveled up , pitiful! Won’t go there again!

The food was fresh. The young lady at the drive-thru was very rude. After being rude she ran feom the drive-thru and let a very nice young man handle it very professionally. I wouldn't go back.

This is the second time in two weeks that I order food from KFC in Pikeville Ky and my order was and half my food was left out I want my refund I spent over $60 there and I’m not happy and I called and the person on the phone was rude and said there’s nothing they can do. I will not order from another KFC EVER AGAIN I want my refund

It is good KFC food. I had to pickup coleslaw for a reunion and they didnt disappoint.
Went through the drive thru and the cashier was absolutely wonderful to deal with!! She was very in depth when answering my questions and didn't act like she got upset because it took me a minute to figure out what me and my girlfriend wanted!!

Absolutely disgusting. All the reviews say “clean” and that is the last word I would use to describe this place. The bathrooms were revolting. Napkins and sauce littered the floor. The chicken was dry, the fries and slaw were inedible. I will not be coming back.

I was going to get food from here until I saw how dirty EVERYTHING is. The bathroom had so much grime and dirt on the floor, then I went into the lobby and it looked the same. Even the doors going in are smeared with dirt. There's no way I could trust food from this environment.

The food is great along with the service. The inside is a bit dirty - not too much... Except for the booth chairs. They smelled musty or body odor-y. I couldn't tell which. But I didn't bring it with me. They look like they could use some deep cleaning, as well.
