Went through the drive thru. They charged me for something I didn’t order so I went inside to get it fixed and wait for my food. While sitting in the lobby a bug fell from the ceiling and landed on my leg. I swatted it away and looked at the floor and realized it was covered in these bugs. Brought it to the managers attention and asked for a refund. He tried to argue that they weren’t in the food. I said how can you promise that when one just fell on me from the ceiling. Finally got my refund and left. Pictures don’t do it justice for how many bugs there were and it won’t let me upload a video to show better

Would be 5stars because their pizza is always good when you can get a call through. BUT you can never get a call through.
So I tried calling numerous times and couldn't get an answer. So I ordered online and when I got there it wasn't ready so they told me to pull around and they would bring it out. I waited and checked the status of my order and it said it was ready but still nobody had came out. So waited a little longer and went back through the drive thru and sure enough it was in the heating cabinet.

Tried the new puffs today. Just stick to cheese sticks. Full of grease. Service was horrible, took 35 minutes for a order. Needles to say the one bite is all i could stand.
