Drive thru staff was very rude and lied about only serving waffle fries. It’s pathetic that there is only one LJS left in this area and it’s terrible

The associates were very disrespectful, we were in line for 45 minutes and we got to the window and it was like 5 minutes after 9. All for the manager to tell us that we couldn’t be waited on and he didn’t “expect their associates to stand outside the freaking door and hold a sign saying that they’re open.” And the place was very gross looking.

I visited the restaurant today, and the food was the freshest that I have gotten at any other Long John's. The servers were nice, and the service was fast. The only thing they could improve on is their selection of diet drinks.

The team behind the counter are stellar. I was just passing by and stopped for a burger and root beer float. The employees were super friendly and helpful. I love Appalachia hospitality!

This is definitely one of the best Long John silver's and a&w, we were traveling from Texas to West Virginia, add we were very excited to see this place opening and it was as good as we remember and love this place so much

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Every time I come here, they can’t ever make a simple order. I ordered a plain chicken slider on 3 different occasions and they are still everything on it whenever I receive it, so they make me pull around to outback to wait for sliders that aren’t even right so I have to wait an additional time for them to correct their mistakes. Seems like a lot of people work here that don’t show any pride in their work, go to captain d’s next to dairy cheer. They’re better, cleaner, friendly, and just overall a better place to go. Sad the other long John’s closed because I love long John silvers but I don’t like this location.

I haven’t had a long John silvers in a while but I just ate a good dinner Papa burger, piece of chicken fries, fish, and four hush puppies and it was delicious. God bless you you hard workers who get out there and sacrifice everything to make your customers happy God bless you and your families may the good Lord keep you and watch over you and keep you safe always I love your food

The food was so dark from the grease being dirty for to long. It took forever and they burnt my clams. However it's a good family environment.

Unfortunately the food on the long John silvers side is nothing like it use to be. I purchased a 3 piece chicken and more dinner, a two peice fish and more dinner, an order of cheese curds (a&w side), corn on the cob and 6 extra hushpuppies. When I received my food the corn wasn't on the cob. I ask about it and then I was informed they don't serve corn on the cob any more. I drove all the way home then noticed I didn't even get the 6 extra hushpuppies at all. The chicken tenders in the chicken and more dinner were pink in the center and had a strange taste to them. Almost a freezer burnt taste but not exactly. The fish was missing almost half of its breading on one side and the French fries were dry and hard. I was very disappointed to say the least as it was the 1st time I had been able to get food from a long john silvers in years since all the other locations have closed down. Sad to say I will not be eating there again any time in the near future unless some changes are made on their part. I hope this review helps keep someone else from having a horrible food experience as I have. There was a couple positive things I have to mention to be fair. The workers were friendly, competent, and clean looking. The wait from the time I paid for the food until I received it was super quick and the hushpuppies that came with my meal were great. The time I went through the drive through was between 3pm and 6pm. The exact time I'm not exactly sure. Also it was on a week day. I bring this up only because to keep things fair the experience you have here could be completely different on a different day at a different time. That's the bad and good so you can decide.

Kid-friendliness: They do have in restaurant highchairs and a changing table in the restroom. No kids meal however and their changing table in their restroom is limited to the women's restroom only.
