I wouldn't even give this a 1 star I waited to long they acted so confused and I wanted just a milk shake a chocolate milkshake and didn't give it to me so I went back around and they gave me vanilla

It's McDonalds... It's exactly as you'd expect any of the zillion others to be in terms of uniformity - and consistancy in their medium-high quality foodz, deserts, and premium iced coffee beverages... It's at the pinnacle of Fast Food perfection. In the Triad of Speedy Treatz! Haha.
Parking: Parking is a non-issue... There's 250-300 spaces, if I were to guess...
Kid-friendliness: It's obviously very kid friendly.

THE WORST SERVICE & MANAGEMENT. Imagine a manager hanging up on you twice. They forgot my sandwich one day, I went the next day to get it, ordered food, even the lady gave me the food I asked, did you put the sandwich in there that you guys owed me, she said yes, I put it in there. Stupid me for not checking the bag, when I get home to find out they didn’t. I called the manager tried to make me sound like I’m lying, I don’t even ant the money back just letting them know that for days I spend there almost $50 on breakfast & they missed the same thing twice, talk about losing a customer. My husband works at the hospital, guess who I will be talking to so no one else goes there, to everyone there! We all stuck together so good luck now you rude people. GROW UP. Learn to have customer service.

They always leave out our pies and sauce for my kids nuggets. Numerous times the Daily Double and tripple burgers have been left out. This particular trip the nuggets were so hard and dry we thew them away. This particular store needs to get it together and especially management oversee orders are properly filled. I'd go to Coal Run store for accuracy over this one.

They got my order wrong. Went in there told them I'm missing food. I got 4 burgers for me and my friends and got one $5 meal. Didn't get 2 of my burgers. Went up there told them. They give me 2 other burgers. Ones right the other is wrong w.e they cant get it right a 2nd time they aint ganna get it right the 3rd. Start to eat my food and there's hair in it. Just gross do they not train there people or tell them to wear hair nets wear gloved wash there hands. Just don't eat here they probably pick there butts and not wash there hands after.

Kate is a great manager. But they don’t believe in hiring people that will actually work . Shame pwople that need a job can’t get one here slow getting food unless Kate is there
