The new salsa sucks! Ever since I started eating at Moe's in 2010?, I've gotten el guapo salsa. Now that it's gone, I won't come back.

The last time I went to Moe's in Pikeville the boy behind the counter acted like I was an idiot for saying I want chicken. Even said a snide remark in front of me to his coworker. I haven't been back since and the food was always subpar.

Granted it was 7:00 pm when I went to get some food but you would expect them to have what they advertise on the hot bar….
They didn’t….
They had chicken…. That’s it….
No steak, no ground beef, no Birria….
They did have tofu….
They didn’t have any grilled onions and peppers nor did they have corn salsa….
Just a tad bit disappointed in the menu availability….
This is why I go to Qdoba…..

Really bad. I pay a big price for food and not get any food. The food has been sitting in there hot bar so long the meat was dry out and burn

ROACHES!
Past Manger at Moes here. I got fired because people didn’t like me. But this store is disappointing. They’re are cockroaches everywhere, there in the cold area, behind the atuo sham where we keep our hot food. They’re in the ceiling and, come out onto the dishes above the sink. The place is really nasty been wanting to get out of there for a long time but couldn’t due the needing money. I’m sorry if I was rude at all but that place is disgustingly nasty. And the roach problem is horrible. If you don’t believe me go there and take a look at the ceiling above the food.

Food is always fantastic, but can you all please train your employees on how to roll a burrito? five times out of ten, when I mention to an employee I want the burrito instead of the bowl, they look very clearly distraught. It's gotten to the point where I will walk away when they begin the rolling process because I know that watching them trying to roll a burrito is just going to be a painful sight.

Can you PLEASE train your employees on how to roll a burrito?

First time being to this place. Gave my chipotle vibes. Foods way better than chipotle. Not enough outside trash cans as there are none yet there is outdoor seating.

We’ve eaten at several Moe’s in the past, and we’ve always loved them. We walked into this one and was disgusted when we looked at the food. The entire place was nasty. We just turned around and walked out.

We used to get a bowl full now you're lucky if the bottom of the bowl is covered.

I rated it a one because this location is disgusting everything is dirty and gross floors tables bathrooms most workers are good there are a few who are rude food is okay but i inconsistent sometimes it’s good other times the rice is under cooked or the chicken is burnt just don’t waste your money go to another place

Had lunch there on 7/30/24 and unfortunately it was REALLY bad. Chicken was undercooked and it was served in a styrofoam box ! Entire restaurant was dirty , no iced tea and men’s bathroom looked it hadn’t been cleaned since 1980. Would again unfortunately, not recommended

My wife got the steak, and it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever eaten. The whole place was just nasty in general too, nothing looked clean. The men’s bathroom had mud all over it, and my wife said the women’s had dried vomit on the wall. Would not go back, please don’t take your kids.

Food is amazing but there are two ladies who work there who are just outright rude and make the experience awful. The first time I went they were extremely rude to the customers in front of us and the second time they were rude to my mom. Food is amazing but the customer service is awful .

Bottom tier Moe’s. Completely inconsistent. Online, app orders are almost always missing ingredients. Ordered a burrito with chicken, got home and the burrito had all the filling EXCEPT the chicken. This isn’t even an isolated incident. Ordered guacamole multiple times to come home and find no guac. The food is inconsistent as well. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Save your money.
