gotten greedy I see, from the reward points to the portions!

Moe’s stole $140 from me. I ordered online 2 taco kits plus queso and guacamole. They delivered a bag of chips and a cup of queso. Stapled to the bag was my receipt for a charge of $140. I called the store. They told me to call DoorDash. DoorDash said the store needs to refund me. The store said they can’t. Corporate said it’s up to the store. Filed a dispute with my bank. It shouldn’t be this hard. Just give me my money back. I didn’t get my food.

35 dollars for 2 burritos and 2 large drinks. and 4.99 for queso. ridiculous and not good. I guess you pay for the southwest experience because it was about that hot inside. bever again.

Good food, served fast and by a friendly staff. The prices are great, too.

The new salsa sucks! Ever since I started eating at Moe's in 2010?, I've gotten el guapo salsa. Now that it's gone, I won't come back.

The last time I went to Moe's in Pikeville the boy behind the counter acted like I was an idiot for saying I want chicken. Even said a snide remark in front of me to his coworker. I haven't been back since and the food was always subpar.

Granted it was 7:00 pm when I went to get some food but you would expect them to have what they advertise on the hot bar….
They didn’t….
They had chicken…. That’s it….
No steak, no ground beef, no Birria….
They did have tofu….
They didn’t have any grilled onions and peppers nor did they have corn salsa….
Just a tad bit disappointed in the menu availability….
This is why I go to Qdoba…..

Really bad. I pay a big price for food and not get any food. The food has been sitting in there hot bar so long the meat was dry out and burn

ROACHES!
Past Manger at Moes here. I got fired because people didn’t like me. But this store is disappointing. They’re are cockroaches everywhere, there in the cold area, behind the atuo sham where we keep our hot food. They’re in the ceiling and, come out onto the dishes above the sink. The place is really nasty been wanting to get out of there for a long time but couldn’t due the needing money. I’m sorry if I was rude at all but that place is disgustingly nasty. And the roach problem is horrible. If you don’t believe me go there and take a look at the ceiling above the food.

7:45PM ... six customers seated in the restaurant ...three employees in the "kitchen" (behind the food bar) ... there is food on the kitchen floor, half-filled food bins with dried food on the sides, no white chicken, no tortilla chips, and later, I literally bite down on a burrito filled with uncooked, hard rice. No exaggeration. My last experience here, about six months ago, was not good. This visit was my last.

Food is always fantastic, but can you all please train your employees on how to roll a burrito? five times out of ten, when I mention to an employee I want the burrito instead of the bowl, they look very clearly distraught. It's gotten to the point where I will walk away when they begin the rolling process because I know that watching them trying to roll a burrito is just going to be a painful sight.

Can you PLEASE train your employees on how to roll a burrito?

First time being to this place. Gave my chipotle vibes. Foods way better than chipotle. Not enough outside trash cans as there are none yet there is outdoor seating.

We’ve eaten at several Moe’s in the past, and we’ve always loved them. We walked into this one and was disgusted when we looked at the food. The entire place was nasty. We just turned around and walked out.
