Forgot about my online order so they rushed it together. Every piece of steak was fatty & unable to eat. They also forgot items in my order.

Food is very good and I love to eat here but they are expensive

gotten greedy I see, from the reward points to the portions!

Moe’s stole $140 from me. I ordered online 2 taco kits plus queso and guacamole. They delivered a bag of chips and a cup of queso. Stapled to the bag was my receipt for a charge of $140. I called the store. They told me to call DoorDash. DoorDash said the store needs to refund me. The store said they can’t. Corporate said it’s up to the store. Filed a dispute with my bank. It shouldn’t be this hard. Just give me my money back. I didn’t get my food.

35 dollars for 2 burritos and 2 large drinks. and 4.99 for queso. ridiculous and not good. I guess you pay for the southwest experience because it was about that hot inside. bever again.

The new salsa sucks! Ever since I started eating at Moe's in 2010?, I've gotten el guapo salsa. Now that it's gone, I won't come back.

The last time I went to Moe's in Pikeville the boy behind the counter acted like I was an idiot for saying I want chicken. Even said a snide remark in front of me to his coworker. I haven't been back since and the food was always subpar.

Granted it was 7:00 pm when I went to get some food but you would expect them to have what they advertise on the hot bar….
They didn’t….
They had chicken…. That’s it….
No steak, no ground beef, no Birria….
They did have tofu….
They didn’t have any grilled onions and peppers nor did they have corn salsa….
Just a tad bit disappointed in the menu availability….
This is why I go to Qdoba…..

Really bad. I pay a big price for food and not get any food. The food has been sitting in there hot bar so long the meat was dry out and burn
