Had to change my review due to bad customer service. These rude and lazy employees are killing these businesses. If you don't want to work then don't go. Don't take out your unhappiness on the customers , who are paying for your checks.

I just love Penn Station.
To whomever owns this place... these workers deserve tips!! Please set up your POS system or allow a tip bucket up front. It is incentives, they do great, and they deserve it. If this is a corporate thing to not allow tips, shame on you. I've been in the industry for 20 years and survived on tips. TIPS TIPS TIPS!!!
First time I’ve been here to this subshop also first time here in Kentucky coming from Baltimore. Food was great. Customer service was great. Wait time was quick A++
We got 3 subs. All of our subs were jumbled with random sauces and fixings that we didn't ask for. One of the waitresses smelled like 'wacky backy'. No tables were clean, I had to go get my hand sanitizer and clean my own table. The drink machine was out of numerous drinks. And the sweet tea tasted like it was 5 days old. We drove specifically to Pikeville to eat Penn Station but we won't be back to this restaurant.
