Beware of ordering online - even though I was told verbally that they were open they were not AND I still haven't received a call or a refund! Not the local store's fault it the ordering system going somewhere else!

One of the girls that work there I think her name is Britney she's such an awesome worker makes u feel like your talking to someone you've known your whole life she should get a raise if you ask me I go in there all the time and she's such a delight and makes sure to cater to any of my needs and always tries to help me get the best deal ! She's awesome Which all staff seems great but she's the one that really stood out

This Pizza Hut makes a great super supreme personal pan pizza and cheesesticks! I usually stop and get an order to take home with me as I leave Pikeville to enjoy later... I can't say all of the order makes it back home, but most of it...? The gentleman who prepared my order was friendly and professional. He threw in some plates and napkins, which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut!
Ordered pizza and delivery driver refused to get out of vehicle or come to top of driveway. Sent text message that they didn't want to get out of car so I need to walk down there and get it. So we will be having Papa John's tonight and every night going forward. This pizza hut must be under new management because it is terrible now.
Absolutely the worst call in service ever since they have people over seas answering the phone for orders now. Losing lots of business when someone has to call more than 4 times to place an order.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge about specials and the menu. I did a carry out and the food was excellent, finished on time and waiting on the counter for my arrival.

Normally I do not give reviews I’m hoping to save someone else from having the experience I did I understand people get busy an mistakes are made , I was very clear about my order an called as well after placing it my pizza under cooked I requested light on the sauce it was doubled crust wasn’t done in the center ,cheese sticks basically burnt they were dark brown an the melt over cooked an hardened purchasing take out is a treat an expensive you want to enjoy it after all you paid for this
