How hard is it to call a place and talk to someone? I can’t even order Pizza Hut now because someone clearly not in America answers I’m so furious. I get put on holdAnd have to call back. The person taking my order has no clue what they’re doing. How hard would it be to just call a store and someone at that store answer the phone and take my order.

1 order of boneless wings somehow manages to take 30 minutes and cost $11 didn't even bother ordering pizza when I can just drive to little Caesar's and get a large $5 pizza there instead of a $16 pizza at pizza hut

Took 30 minutes for one order of 8 boneless wings and prioritized drive through. No idea why this place is still in business
I have tried for 2 days to order one pizza, after a guy answers the phone and I say I want delivery he puts me back on hold for over 10 mins to where I just hang up, crappy service!!!

When we sat down no one came to take an order for about 15 minutes, the sodas were all flat, and when we tried to order a sub (that is on the menu we were given) we were told that they don't make subs at that establishment.
