Just stop by Sam's hotdog stand here in Pikeville. It has been a long time since stopped in here and the hotdogs are just as I remembered them. The milkshakes are hands down the best in Pikecounty in my opinion they are just as I remembered when I was a little girl. Yes I'm getting old no I don't like to admit that I am lol.

Not much more to say other than you get what you would expect to get here. A really good hot dog. I get a 6 pack every time and share with the guys at work. The chili is really good and the slaw is top notch, too. You can't go wrong at Sam's!
