I have been to better Starbucks locations. At this one if they get your order incorrect they will stand and whisper about it instead of correcting the problem. A lot of the women working here have horrible attitudes. Paying so much for a coffee I expect it to be right and will complain until it is. :)

Ordered here recently. Coffee order was spot on, but slow service. Baristas were friendly, just lacked pep. Pack patience.

I never write reviews but after this thought I’d take the time to warn others. 4 people working, stood around a lot without actually working on drinks, almost certain they don’t make drinks in the order they were received. Several people showed up and ordered after us and got their order before. It looked like the girl stacked the cups according to size inside of the order they were received. Waited 40 minutes to get our drink and I would’ve 100% been happier with an iced coffee from McDonald’s. Didn’t even taste good. Never again

Pretty garbage to be honest. I’m not from the area and was trusting on Starbucks to pull through on some decent coffee (like they always do) I’m not going to complain about the location and that there’s no drive thru but I will complain about the service and product. Everyone I’ve ever met at any Starbucks has been really nice which you should be. I work at a coffee shop and everyone feels better when the worker has a smile on their face. But this Starbucks was the EXACT opposite. Frowns on everyone’s faces no one seemed to care really what was going on and it overall just makes you feel disgusted and wondering if you should even be trusting these people with YOUR beverage. I copped my cold brew which I was really excited about only to be disappointed in realizing they use the exact same container for strawberry açaí and cold foam so instead of a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew I got a Salted Caramel Cream Strawberry Cold Brew. UNACCEPTABLE for $6. I’ve never been someone who complains especially to customer service workers because it’s just rude but when they especially deserve it I’m going to share my opinion on it. In the end I hope this drink doesn’t make me sick and I hope you all can clean up your act. You all have lost a customer. -Noah :)
