I’ve never written a review before, but I felt I had to after my experience at the Pikeville Medical Center Starbucks around 10 this morning. I stopped in to grab coffee for my mom and me she loves the pumpkin drinks and I also ordered a banana loaf. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for the banana bread while one of the baristas sat near the ovens watching, and several others were in the back laughing. My drink wasn’t even being made, and I couldn’t find a manager or anyone in charge to address the situation. Overall, it was a very frustrating visit, and I don’t plan on returning to this location.

I just had THE BEST cup of Komodo Dragon coffee! I don’t normally write reviews but around 12:15pm, at the Pikeville Medical Center location, on 8-12-25, the young person who prepared my pour-over coffee, did an absolute fantastic job! Thank you!

Starbucks is amazing but i have one suggestion for if and when they decide to add more to their menu. Starbucks should add boba milk tea.
