I ordered a sub online went in 15 minutes later to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I was on my lunch break and I had something else to do. I left and done the other thing that I needed to do came back 45 minutes later and my food still wasn't done. I had to leave because I was already late going back to work and she told me she couldn't refund my money.

Never again! Take you money elsewhere and get what you order. Idk if these ppl can't read or to lazy to read what you order. I put in an order online get it home and was nothing like I ordered. It was so bad that we could not eat these sandwiches. I had stopped ordering from subway before because of this and I figured maybe it was just that time and that was 8 months ago. Same thing! It's ridiculous you pay what you pay to have to throw it away. I can take my money elsewhere and get what I ask for.

The employee Jennifer Cantrell was extremely rude. Was touching everything with the same pair of gloves. Not changing them in between. Her hair hanging down and waving all around the food. They didn't have half the items on the menu.
I won't be coming back to this Subway.

She needs to be fired. So rude and it says she is a manager.

First time at this location. They had a long line when I walked in, but they got everyone taken care of quickly. Friendly staff! Food was fresh! Will come back here again when I am in the area for work.

The order was completely botched. Wrong sandwiches. Stale bread. Terrible taste. Drink orders were wrong. Chip orders were wrong. Over $55.00 in an order and what was delivered was wrong or substandard quality. Attempts to call went unanswered. Messages left.

Trying to understand why I paid $5 one day for a 6 inch chicken bacon and 4 days later I get charged 11$??? I didn't use a coupon either day. Even after multiple warnings not to eat here I continue to do so bc I love this sandwich......not cool at all tho !!!!

Everytime my family goes in to get anything the manager is super rude forgets items that go on the sub and will not open the store on time. Also they are always out of something it seems they never have a full menu.

Order through the app. When I arrived they didnt put any juices in my order because they were out yet they werent going to tell me they were just going to bring my order outside and send me on my way! Then I ordered again because my kid wanted something. I walked in to get my order and they told me they were out of the ingredients for my order. I said cancel it and give me my money back. Instead she marked that I picked up my order on the cash register knowing that would charge me through the app! Even though I had not picked my order up they closed my check as if I did! Yes no refund and couldnt even get contacted back! The lady in the PMC uniform behind the counter was super rude and I felt like that was inconsiderate of her to charge me even though I never picked up my order!
