Everytime my family goes in to get anything the manager is super rude forgets items that go on the sub and will not open the store on time. Also they are always out of something it seems they never have a full menu.

Order through the app. When I arrived they didnt put any juices in my order because they were out yet they werent going to tell me they were just going to bring my order outside and send me on my way! Then I ordered again because my kid wanted something. I walked in to get my order and they told me they were out of the ingredients for my order. I said cancel it and give me my money back. Instead she marked that I picked up my order on the cash register knowing that would charge me through the app! Even though I had not picked my order up they closed my check as if I did! Yes no refund and couldnt even get contacted back! The lady in the PMC uniform behind the counter was super rude and I felt like that was inconsiderate of her to charge me even though I never picked up my order!

Worst subway I ever been to, they are out of everything! Even including the fountain pop all the time. They started to get rude to me because I kept asking for things either still frozen or they didn't have it. They also over charged me. $16 for a 6 inch sub!! That is ridiculous! I will never eat here ever again!

Every time you go to this one they are always out of meatball subs and I go a lot and they don’t have the meatballs sub I don’t understand that take it off the menu if you are not going to have the stuff no more am done going to subways I will take my business somewhere else that has the stuff and is not to sorry to make a sandwich because I believe they have them they are to lazy to make them and keep the meatballs made up sorry but that’s ridiculous every time I go that what am told

The young man who waited on us was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. It was a little after 4pm. The subs were perfectly made. In our area we only had trouble with one out of 3 stores in our city, and in my opinion the best one. 2 thumbs up!

Serving size was very small compared to other subways. Had 9 pieces of chicken on my sandwich had to pay for double meat to get the regular amount. Asked for some napkins, said there was some in the bad and there was one single napkin.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went about 12:15 today and Dewey the manager was on speaker phone the entire time. There was a line of people and instead of trying to take orders he was talking to someone on the phone about personal matters and not being able to get anyone to come take his shift. The place was completely empty before we went in and we waited until a line formed to get on the phone. An elderly lady was in front of us and was asking about a coupon and trying to order her sandwich. He was rude and disregarded everything she said and couldn’t even stop talking on the phone for a second to listen to her order. Me and my boyfriend left before we even started to order. Awful customer service and experience. If you as a manger can’t sit aside your personal matters for 10 minutes to serve your customers with at least descent customer service maybe you need a different position.
