I absolutely adore the restaurant located near Planet Fitness. The food there is consistently served piping hot, bursting with flavor, and always exceeds my expectations. In contrast, my experiences at the other location have often left me disappointed, as the meals are frequently lukewarm and lack the same vibrant taste. This nearby spot has truly become my favorite for a satisfying meal!

After leaving the drive through part of our order was left out. When we called back they said it just got left out. They never offered to refund us or replace it. When we attempted call back they refused to answer. This happened 6/25/25. This is extremely poor service.

I went back today at 1am when I got off work, despite my poor food experience last time. They close at 4am yet the employee with the orange car refused to acknowledge or accept my presence/order. Went away hungry, but at least grateful that I didn’t waste money on what amounts to not much more than a tortilla shell. (cuz they don’t put anything it it!!!…. How does Charter Foods justify the increased pricing and reduced portions with such lousy service???

Slow as turtles food and sauce bottles on the floor where they cook they looked high as a kite they was sharing vaping pins outback they was dancing like monkeys and the taco shells tasted like cigarette ashes.
