By far the worse Taco Bell I have ever went to. Waited in the lobby for 40 mins after placing an order on the mobile kiosk to not be acknowledged the entire time as I watched everyone who came before and after me leave with their order. Wasted my entire hour lunch there. I would rate 0 stars if that’s an option. Understaffing was not an issue just a problem with efficiency and lack of caring. Would also like to note i’m visibly pregnant, but it’s not just the hormones talking. I would drive 2 hours if i could to another Taco Bell just to avoid this one.

Everyone there was nice but the so called manger destiny. She goes to yell at me and refuse to let me buy anything else. Due to them doing my child order wrong. After I set in line for over 30 minutes for my food.

We went in to Dine around 11 am and all the tables looked like pictures below. The dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before. The chalupa fryer was down and they are asked if we wanted to wait. We said yes because we all had at least one chalupa. This caused our wait to be around 30 minutes. However, we had no plans for the day so after I cleaned off a table, we sat and enjoyed each other's company. Food was pretty great especially the chalupas because they were so fresh. Those that got the Discovery Luxe box said their other food was cold because of the wait for the chalupas. Cinnamon twists were pretty great also. Normally at this location the oil tends to taste old but they were good today! Also, the bottom of our chalupas were breaking but thats just an inconvenience. They were just a little messy.

I ordered an online order for 4 empanadas and waited 5 minutes to pick it up and as soon as I got through the drive through they want to tell me I have to wait 10 minutes because they just dropped them

I absolutely adore the restaurant located near Planet Fitness. The food there is consistently served piping hot, bursting with flavor, and always exceeds my expectations. In contrast, my experiences at the other location have often left me disappointed, as the meals are frequently lukewarm and lack the same vibrant taste. This nearby spot has truly become my favorite for a satisfying meal!
