Extremely unprofessional. Owner has personal bias and prejudice issue because I am simply an ex gf of her current boyfriend. She obviously discriminates on a personal level via FB. What a shame. Her food looked yummy and I am a juicer fan. Too bad she is prejudiced. I will not be recommending anyone to this unfriendly establishment.

The people behind the counter are super friendly and personable. The food is stellar and I've enjoyed everything I've received from here.Vegetarian options: Vegan spring rollHibiscus with limeDietary restrictions: I've let them know about a tomato allergy and they will change gloves plus rinse off things like the lettuce and onion to make sure no cross contamination.Kid-friendliness: They have chips for them and can also make dishes like bbq chicken with noodles. Plus they have candy at the register if they needed a pick me up.

My wife and I stopped in to get a milk tea. I had the strawberry with traditional boba and she had mango with traditional boba. They both tasted great and we loved the fact they were made with actual fruit and not just a powder. They gave us a sample of their chicken salad and my wife loved it and ended up ordering a sub. I usually don’t like chicken salad but I tried a bite and even I liked it. We highly recommend!

First time visiting today and got the Veggie Sub for takeout. It was delicious! Made fresh while I waited with fresh veggies. Want to try one of the drinks soon. They look amazing. Immaculately clean and there is seating inside. It is more spacious than it looks from the outside. Highly recommend.

I was very excited to see that Pikeville was finally getting a boba shop & the people there are very friendly.I’ve tried this place 3 times hoping to really like it, & give it a fair chance. Unfortunately the boba is just inconsistent. The first time I tried it the tapioca pearls were undercooked but the tea itself had good flavor. The second time I went, I ordered the exact same tea, the pearls were a good this time but the flavor of the tea was terrible & tasted very watered down. The last time I went, I again ordered the exact same boba tea & the tea was gross & the boba pearls were way undercooked (they should be chewy all the way through) I ended up throwing it away, which is very upsetting when paying $5-6 for a drink.The only thing I’ve tried is the milk tea with classic boba so I can’t comment on anything else. I do know people who have tried the boba teas with the popping pearls and said it is good, unfortunately I just prefer the traditional tapioca pearls and have been very disappointed.
