Texas Roadhouse in florida is excellent and top notch food quality and service!!!@! , but NOT in pikeville ky ,, they give TR a bad name .. server said the ac in kitchen was broken..reasoning was why the steak (over cooked and veggies under cooked) 1 hour to get our food..management. was MIA.. ... been there twice and ponderosa did a better job

We got there and was seated at 1 o clock at 3 we got up told the manager we were leaving still had not got our food. Tried to pay for our drinks but she refused to let us. Had eaten there before was always good this time VERY bad

We went the day before Fathers Day. Crazy busy. It took an hour to get a table for 4. Took another hour to get our food but in their defense it was a major holiday when people are eating out and a very popular TR. We love Texas Roadhouse and it would have to be absolutely horrible to not go back. The server Trish done a great job even with the way things were. Not the best visit but still loved it.

Stopped here on a road trip. The restaurant itself was nice enough, but a few things were a little off. When we checked in, they took all my info to put us on the waitlist but then seated us immediately after, which felt a little odd—like they were just collecting information. The restroom was a bit dirty but not terrible.
Food was generally consistent with other Texas Roadhouse locations. I ordered a medium-well sirloin that came out medium-rare. The biggest letdown was the rolls — they clearly had been making them in bulk, and they weren’t fresh at all. Even after asking for fresh ones, they just brought more from the same batch, and they were cold and stale. That was disappointing since the rolls are usually one of my favorite parts.
Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.

This place is very dirty not clean anywhere. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive at our table and the order was wrong. We usually have good food and service with Texas roadhouse but this is the worst I've been to.

We came in before an event we sat at the bar so we could get an appetizer before a local event at 3pm on a Saturday. We was ther for over an hour and never received our appetizers 1 star never got our food and people that came in after us are eating 3 course meals. Bartender kept our drinks up she was nice

Waited a really long time for our food steaks were over cooked rolls were doughy. Waitress was excellent best part of our visit. Bathrooms were disgusting. Roadhouse you need to step it up!!!!!

Checked in on the mobile app and it showed we would have over a 2 hour wait, which was fine because we had other stores to go to first anyways. But after we finally got in the door and got seated we placed our order the same time as we got our drinks seeing how we already knew what we wanted. Took about 15 minutes or longer to recieve our drinks which arrived completely wrong, we wanted sweet tea with lemon but recieved unsweet tea without lemon. After the first 30 minutes I finally had to ask for our rolls which we had never got when we were first seated. Then it went for at least another 30 minutes before I had to ask for our salads due to our kids getting restless. Then it was close to another hour before we received our food! By that time my youngest child was over all the setting in the booth and my wife had to take him to the car to set and didn't even get to eat. After all the trouble and time wasted they didn't even give me a break on the bill. Due to my work schedule and just life in general we only get to go out and eat about once a month and we normally choose Texas road house but after today I'd say we will be changing locations. Very disappointed!
