I had a party of 10 with special needs. I called ahead and was told there would be a table. Waiting women got there. There was no table they tried to seat us at a booth which did not work for my party. I asked to be moved. They made a big deal and told me. Well they'd have to ask a waitress if they would work that section. We went there because the last time a year ago before this, we had went and had such good service and they had been very accommodating and helpful that we were hoping to have the same experience. I don't know if there's new management or new what this year, but the experience this time was horrible. I felt very neglected and a bother to be out clebrating my mothers 70th Birthday. Our waitress was great but the management was horrible.

Nice and clean. All the servers I encountered were really nice, polite, and friendly. It didn't take very long to get our food. Once it arrived the temperature was spot on, the presentation was nice, and the taste was even better than expected. For a nice evening out weather your with your spouse or family, I would definitely recommend this roadhouse. Keep up the good work.

My local TRH was my favorite place to eat that I frequented quiet often. The last THREE visits I and my dining partners have found HAIR in our food. With no apologies and it just removed from the bill. Once is a mistake, 3 times is setting a standard. I will not be visiting the Pikeville, Ky Texas Roadhouse again. I was tolerating the horrible service but I can’t tolerate uncleanliness.
