Have gave this location multiple chances within the last year or so with multiple let down on food and service today is the first day open after remodel looks much better still same service and food finally throw the towel in I’ll eat at home.

Made people in the restaurant stand in line for 15 minutes before even taking orders while working non stop on to go orders. Maybe consider having some respect for the people inside as well.

The dining room is nasty and in need of a deep cleaning or renovation (I would go with a full renovation). The ketchup dispensers smelled like spoiled ketchup and had gnats flying around them both. The service was excellent and the food was as good as any other Wendy’s I suppose.

Tables and floors unsanitary. No lids. Out of almost out of all condiments (sauces), menu food items were substituted with crackers instead of chips for taco salad and paid for extra salsa and only received one pack because they were out of stock. No large cups gave a medium and kids cup to substitute the large cup. Very poor service and non helpful employees. Very disgusted with my service. Not counting had to stand in line for about an hour with only 6 people a head of us. If I could give a half of star that'd be to much. TRASHY!

One of the nastiest restaurants I've ever been in. The floors were slick like they had oil all over them and the carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. If I could give it negatives I would. We told the staff about the floor and they just acted like it was normal, no big deal. If I hadn't already ordered it wouldve just left.

Took 45 minutes with like a 7 person line. Absolutely outrageous. They are on their phones while people are at the window. They do not deserve to be open if they can not simply take an order, or pay enough attention to “remember an order” . This is horrible service and respectfully, when i walked in, the ONLY people working was the people doing the food. The window people need to be fired cause WHAT is their problem. AND the food was cold by the time we got it?? When I was getting my food from the window, they had the audacity to have an attitude about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
