Truly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating at. The food and service are consistently terrible. Today I made the poor decision of giving them another chance and received this poor excuse of a Cinnabon pull apart. It was hard as a rock and fully dried out as if it had been sitting out for days. Don’t waste your money here.

The day started terrible. We couldn't make up our minds where we wanted to eat and saw this Wendy's sign from the highway. It was raining and just crappy. We decided to eat in, as soon as we walked in this twinkle eyed mature lady was placing items in a bag. We waited patiently she said how can I help you? My husband said you seemed busy so we can wait a minute. She says, we're always busy here at Wendy's but we will always make time for you. (Commercial moment) Needless to say, this twinkle eyed mature lady made our day with her great customer service, friendly attitude as well as going above and beyond to make our day so much better. Gretta deserves a raise or bonus. She's a keeper in this line of work. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was even better with Ms. Gretta.

Wendys as a company has gone so far down hill and still this location was worse.
My top bun was hard enough to knock on my bedside table at the hotel. I ate my JBC without it. My drink was terrible but I guess the fries were ok.
The staff I interacted with were great. I got to meet a drive thru worker on her last day before retirement and she was an absolute joy.
She's gone now though and everything else was terrible. Stay away if you have any choice at all
I’ll order two salads. I ordered one with extra blue cheese. There was no blue cheese. I ordered ranch dressing. There was no ranch dressing. Very dissatisfied with the order.

I don't eat at Wendy's much anymore and this reminded me why. I think this location and staff are great. I saw a manager actively engaging and people working quickly to verify and produce food. But it all sucked.

The service was very pool as I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru until I got to the ordering window as I waited another 30 minutes until they finally took my order. I got my food 15 minutes after that and it wasn’t even fresh. We ordered frostys as well and payed for them too also say we broke the machine down after we had payed so it was a underwhelming.

Sat in dt window for 10 mins waiting on my debit card nobody at backcash then had my order rang up wrong apparently several times considering how many receipts showed up at the window then arrived at work to eat and the chicken sandwich i ordered was plain it was supposed to be an Asiago ranch then they kept asking what I was waiting on. Get it together guys. McDonald’s never fails though:)

I recently visited Wendy's and it was an experience I would not wish on anyone. My Family waited for over an hour for our food, which is simply inexcusable. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and hard, making them completely inedible.
To add insult to injury, I ordered a salad with croutons, which I paid for, but the salad came without them. The front staff, specifically Nicholas (as per the receipt) , was extremely unconcerned with the customers and didn't disclose the lack of croutons until confronted.
The dining room was a mess, with no napkins, eating utensils, straws, or cups for ketchup. We had to stand at the counter for an additional 20 minutes before someone finally approached us, and even then, it was Nicholas who seemed indifferent and didn't offer any assistance or solutions to the multiple upset customers in the dining area. He didn't offer to help or provide any solutions, and it was clear he couldn't be bothered with the customers' needs.
I couldn't find a manager on duty, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprepared. This level of disorganization and neglect is not what I expect from a national fast food chain. Wendy's management needs to address these issues immediately and improve their customer service.
