As of Sunday, 5-11-25, this location appeared out of business. Signage was off the front of the building and no cars in site. Not sure if this is a permanent closure as we were just passing through town.

Every time we go here to eat we not only have to pull up and wait on our food for 20 mins, but this last time we went, the onion rings weren't even fully cooked and they basically fell apart when you touched them. I don't remember a time that I've went to this DQ and enjoyed the customer service.

I stop at this location for a milkshake when I'm in the area. They are always short-handed, but always have great food and customer service.

Sat in line from 10:55 to 11:30 waiting for online order. Got tired lady's in front and behind me held horns down so i backed out and went inside stood there two men were the only people working two so after standing another 10 mins i left no-one said anything or even looked at me. I Never got my lunch and my lunch time ended so i had to leave they better get a new manager in there or someone to fix the place or just close it down. Worst place ever i wont be back. At this point id would honestly close the door and close the place down pineville would be better off without dairy queen.. just close already

Sat in line from 10:55 to 11:20 waiting on line for a order. Never got it my lunch time ended so i had to leave they better get management in there and fix the place it just close it down. Worst place ever i wont be back.

Service is key, otherwise plan to lock the door and see if they have a position open for a sanitation expert good thing is then you really will have SSDD all that to say. Really you will take someone's order in the drive through but refused to take an order at the counter!!!!! app only. DID NOT EVEN GET A GREETING LEFT AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES STANDING AT THE COUNTER maybe the next business here will be worth stopping in

Horrible service, waited in drive thru for five minutes and no service, backed up went inside and waited for five minutes and all the employees were laughing and talking between themselves that not one came and asked if I needed help.
So I just walked out, place is dirty and unclean.
This place deserves 0 stars.

Waited about 10 minutes on a microwave burger with a strange taste. Staff not friendly. Chicken stips too crispy, all breading and very little meat. I can see why they are not busy and it is lunch time. Fries were good.
