There was a older lady in front of me and when the female worker brought her pizza to the counter the lady opened the box to see the pizza it was easy to tell something wasn't right she ask dont you have black olives the worker said yes do you want some you could just tell that she had ordered her pizza with them the female worker brought her a cup of Olives and didn't even offer to fix the pizza the lady was disappointed but didn't say anything I suggested that she tell them to fix it but she just went a long without complaining the service was just bad all the way around

Was told to pull around front when I ordered my single pizza at 1:45 after around 25mins of sitting out front I go in. I’m told it’s not ready yet. Ended up waiting another 20mins in the lobby while people came in and out that had ordered after me. Then a sweet old lady told the workers I had been waiting and they pulled MY pizza out of the warmer and handed it to me. I had seen a work out the pizza in the warmer 15mins before but I assumed it was for someone else as I had been standing there the whole time and had already been asked if I was waiting on a pizza by three different workers.

Of all the food places we've tried in this area of Kentucky, this is the only one that has delivered both great service and good food. Little Caesars isn’t known for being high-end pizza, and we didn’t expect it to be. What we did expect was a quality product consistent with the brand — and that’s exactly what we received.
We were served a hot, well-made pizza in a timely manner, and it was handed to us with a smile and a sincere thank you. In this area, that kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

I ordered a pretzel crust stuffed pepperoni pizza and a sausage pretzel crust stuffed pizza. After walking a mile to get my pizza and then walking it home the crust was regular crust not pretzel stuffed crust so I called they said walk it back and they would replace it and still after walking all the way back home it's still regular crust pizza. Just because you butter the crust and put the pretzel salt on it does not make it pretzel crust.
My husband is a wildland firefighter, he gets off at 9 and has me try to call in a pizza to pick up on the way home since our car is currently not working and they completely ignore the multiple calls I made since they close at 10 🙄 we just wanted a large pep pizza and bread sticks

I order two peperoni pizzas which was delicious and while I was order the young cashier was very rude and snobby tored another employee yelling to the lady saying " get that darn phone" then rolled her eyes and said about time she does something when the lady got the phone to answer she walked away to take the order and as the lady walked over to make the food the cashier said some nasty thing about the lady I have never seen a place so disrespectful in my life I asked to add a sauce to my order and the young cashier blew at me and rolled her eyes so I took my pizzas and just left without my sauce I will never step foot back in the little caesars in pineville again
