I came to McDonald’s today, I walked through the snow and ice just to get a simple sprite and a Diet Coke for my sister. I have sat here for 20 minutes waiting for them to just put a lid on my drink and hand it to me. I can literally see my two drinks in the back sitting there. They have sat there for 15 minutes. I have never been so angry. And the fact is they keep on taking new orders and not handing me mine and this is ridiculous that I’ve had to wait for 20 minutes for my two drinks. Does it really take that much effort to put a lid on a drink? I mean seriously the drinks aren’t even going to be good after sitting there for that long. And then we finally get our drinks at 2:25 so we’ve been there 20 minutes they didn’t even give us a straw so then we asked for straws the worker said yeah then 3 minutes if her running back and forth to the register and to the back and I got frustrated and I left. Absolutely ridiculous.
