I placed an online order and mistakenly selected 7:45 PM instead of 6:45 PM for pickup. I attempted to call the store multiple times over the course of an hour to correct the order time, but was only able to reach a call center and never the store directly. As a result, we waited until 7:45 PM to pick up the order.
When we arrived, there were several customers waiting and only two staff members present, both of whom were on personal phone calls and did not acknowledge us or the other guests. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disappointing.
While the pizza and breadsticks were served hot, the quality of the pizza did not meet expectations, especially considering we spent over $50 on a large pizza and cheesy bread. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this location.

After several failed attempts to find a place open in the area, we finally settled on Pizza Hut, which according to their Google Business profile, is open for dine-in until 11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:00 PM and were immediately greeted — not with a hello, not with a welcome, but with a rude and abrupt, “Do you have a carryout order?” It felt more like we were an inconvenience than paying customers.
When we explained that we planned to dine in, the response floored both my wife and me: “You can do counter service.” If I’m going to sit down and eat in a restaurant with booths and tables, I don’t expect to walk to the counter every time I need something. That’s not what dine-in service is supposed to be — and certainly not what we’ve experienced at Pizza Hut in other parts of the country.
Needless to say, we didn’t stay. We won’t be back.

Every time we call we wait on hold for over 20-30 minutes. Than when they do answer they are rude and hateful. When you get the call center, they mess everything up…so disappointed because I have always used this place but I’m about to go elsewhere!!!!!

Went in for a late night pizza Sunday and the customer service was top notch. Even though she was busy cutting pizza and cashiering she went out of the way to make customers feel welcome. Plus was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Got to have to have this for lunch yesterday while the KMLF was going on, and it was absolutely amazing! Ordered from the salad bar as well as getting a supreme pizza. We didn’t have to tell our waitress that we didn’t want a lot of sauce, it came that way and it couldn’t have been any better! Totally recommend this Pizza Hut!!

Every time I tried to call to place an order the works would hang up after telling me to hold while they transferred my called. Way to go Pineville Kentucky pizza hut
places is trash! Went here because I wanted a salad from the salad bar, and they said the waitress had to go home so they closed the dining room. What is wrong with businesses today?????? if you have hours for your dining room to be open, you should be open. Maybe with all the social media you could’ve made a post that says your dining room was closed tonight? I wish I could award you as zero stars for making me drive all the way there to find out your dining room is closed. Straight trash!

I ordered online and then picked up inside the store which was quick and easy. The cashier was friendly and the food was alright. Both pizzas in our big dinner box were delicious. My only complaint was the chicken Alfredo was pretty overcooked.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut recently! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way I like it. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy time. I also tried their garlic breadsticks, and they were amazing! Definitely recommend if you're craving a solid pizza night.
